First Care Medical Center

In the last 6 months, I have visited several doctors and was sorely disappointed. I am pleasantly please with the visit I had today. The office staff was warm and inviting. The doctor was patient and helpful. I pray nothing changes between now and my next visit.

Update...things changed!

The first visit was amazing. And i am very disappointed at the chaos that happened over the last few weeks. This office is unprofessional and they lie to you over and over and over again. I presented paperwork for them to complete and they lied to me so many times, I had to report them to the insurance company. They will try to do unnecessary testing on you to milk your insurance. The turnover of staff is crazy, and that’s something the insurance rep told me. That was the reason they gave for lying to me about the paperwork they can’t seem to locate. They run a very chaotic office. While waiting for them to find some paperwork I had given them, I was able to see other people’s medical records that lay open on the desk. Stay away from this place at least until they get some organization.

Avoid at all costs, they literally scammed me saying I have TB from bloodwork and making pay ridiculous amounts for xray,
I was trying to get my 631 for uscis, omg made me drive around Denton to get this and that shots. They do provide very little in here. Once every thing was done and time to get my papers I spent 2.5h to get it. Just sitting in there. That’s not the end, made me to go to cvs to get Covid vaccine! After two hours of sitting in there,

Anyway it is ridiculous, not friendly, no one smiles at you. Overall do not go there pple save ur time and nerves

Why is this place listed on USCIS website. My mom warned me that she just had a negative feeling about this place. I promised to review it before going there but also had the confidence that it’s a good place because they are on USCIS website and I totally forgot to read the reviews before going here. This is the worst place. There’s so much I would say but to keep it short, trust the reviews about this place and make your decision. USCIS need to not risk intending immigrants lives and recommend this place as a place to get medical exams. I’m so scared for my life. What if they have given me an infection I didn’t have before. They are so unhygienic omg.

This place has got to be the most fake dr office ever the so called dr schedule me in for blood work he thought he was going to wipe my arm with a Clorox wipe before he drew my blood the young lady at the front desk with black hair is very rude and don’t like to help people they only treat substance abuse people and the place is very nasty the dr don’t know what a pre authorization is so I sat and waited for medicine for two weeks he also got mad because I said that was not right to use a Clorox wipe before sticking a patient he said it says disinfectant I said yes for surfaces not humans I believe this office may be doing insurance fraud he might not even be a real doctor

The owner is very rude hang up the phone on me. Their financial books are messed up. They have no accounting system in place and called my company L Wright CO LLC to prepare a balance sheet from a profit and loss statement. I told her it would cost $1100 which is cheap; she started to argue with me that I want to get paid up front. She knows I can do the work. I helped her company in 2020. This is why she called me because the person handling her book left. I wander why. This company business ethics is trash. Who knows what other illegal things they are doing with the so called financials. It will come to the surf I have seen it happen before and they came back and said you are right. I am here to help companies get in compliance with the tax laws and obligation to run an effective profitable business. Accounting work is not cheap go look up what they get paid and especially you're trying to met a deadline with a one day notice. They're CRAZY!

Reviews do not lie! Staff and doctor are Inepts! Can not even talk to them before they tell you “no” to anything. All they needed it to do was to add the patient’s name in the outside of the envelope so they can be properly identify. I don’t know who’s is who’s

I have never felt mistreated and disrespected till I walked in to this clinic. There are two ladies at the front desk. One of them, she completely has no idea what she is doing, and she always had to ask the other lady about anything I would ask her. The other lady is the last person you ever want to deal with. She was very disrespectful and rude. She has been all hostile and raising her voice on me. When I told her that I wanted to complain to the doctor, she started laughing just like if she already knew that he wouldn't do anything. As a matter of fact,the doctor did not take my complain into consideration, and she was just laughing there. I would definitely never be back to this facility. The people are very disrespectful and they always have some issues; like the printer or fax isn't working. She has litteraly been telling me the same thing for two weeks, they could have fixed it at least...They will always make you wait and take their sweet time. There are plenty of doctors out there, stay away from this one. You would not want to deal with those people.
I wish I had read the reviews before. I would not even give them one star, but that's as low as it can go.

Spoke to Theresa. The rudest person that I have ever encountered. You would think for it being a doctor's office, they would have compassion. Nope. They do not deserve one star.

worst service ever. my wife just went there for blood test and the quy who toke the sample it was not professional at all (they told us he is a Doctor) my wife's hand turned blue and she fainted during the procedure and no one there gave any help and we asked for a water and told us that they are out of water. i am not sure if this is a licenced Medical office? i am calling the Texas Medical Board to open a case

This is by far the worst medical facility I have even been to. The staff is extremely unprofessional and does not know how run a doctor's office. I have been waiting for x-ray results for the last 7 days. They are very slow at responding and always have a full inbox. Therfore, you can not even leave a voicemail if you needed to. In saying that, if you are in need of a competent physician I would recommend finding another office.

Worst, most unprofessional, disorganized staff/place ever! Told a set price, that set price was payed, go in a couple days later saying payment was not made and want to charge you extra. Save yourself the time and go somewhere where they value professional, quality care for the patients! Even if your looking for a place last minute would not recommend it!

I waited 3 hours to be seen for my child. They charge you for not calling in, have a copy of immunizations and plenty more fees that is unnecessary. I was wondering whats the wait about because i was new and it was because they only have 1 doctor in the whole clinic and he takes his time and he is slow. He even forgot to give us a back to school slip and we had to ask for it knowing my child has school. Crazy.

Long story short. My husband went in for a last minute medical exam, the whole experience was very unfortunate. This office is extremely unorganized, the staff is rude, you will be on hold forever, the list could go on. Save your time and avoid coming here.

I wish there was 0 star to pick for this place. They do not respect patient's time at all. Everything is super unorganized. My test result got ready after more than 3 weeks and within this time I had to go to the office for 4 times. Every time I got a new excuse.

By far the most horrible Unprofessional place we have gone to . all the nurse's there are all super rude always eating are no professional. I do not recommend this place at all and on top the doctor closes every day his office

If I could give a place a negative review less than 1 star it would be this place . Horrible staff , not helpful at all , absolutely zero manners on how to talk to paying customers . I have no idea how this place is even open

do not come here. they don’t know what they are doing and just sit around. gave a shot with gloves and didn’t put a bandaid, instead just smudged the blood. even if it’s urgent this place is not it
