Renaissance Dallas North Hotel

The hotel was comfortable and easy to access. They were in the middle of some renovations but it wasn’t disruptive and didn’t affect my stay. I do want to highlight the front desk agent Anjelica. On multiple occasions she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I (as well as my friend who was traveling with me) had everything we needed. Hands down the highlight of our trip. I appreciate her so much and will be coming back!

Arrived at the Hotel and checked in. I did not realize the parking garage for my vehicle had to low of ceilings. I informed Jeffery Grant who then immediately solved this issue for my family. We were able to find safe parking and I was so impressed with Jefferys help and effort to help us right away! The pool was nice and the food at the Hotels Restaurant was amazing!! The only real issue was finding a wall outlet that would hold the plug into the wall. otherwise my family and I enjoyed the stay!

This place is so beautiful! It was a very decent price. When I arrived Angelic at the front was really nice! She had a big smile on her face and made checking in so smooth! Definitely you should stay here

This was our first stay at this property. It was a great stay. Yes we had a few hiccups on this stay. But the staff work swiftly to take care of the situations. Natalia, Bob, Crystal and the rest of the front desk are amazing. The maintenance team was awesome. Noriis Labana at the happy hour time was excellent as well. The whole rest staff did and excellent job as well. The cleaning staff made my daughter's day too. One major thing they are very wheelchair accessible. They came to our rescue when the fire alarm went off. Thank you for a great stay. We will be coming again.

Staff was nice and hotel was what we needed before we left for the airport in the am. Room was clean and spacious. They have covered parking which was really nice being it was pouring rain the next morning.

I don't know if this was with all beds, but ours was sunk in soft. I kind of felt like you had to stay in the middle of the bed in fear you would roll off if you moved close to the edge. The bed was comfortable! I am a firm mattress gal, but I had zero problems with the soft bed. Just wanted to give a heads up for someone that may. 🙂

Great service overall and love the location!! Nice and spacious rooms with a terrific sunset view over a nearby pond.

Great hotel. Its been around a long time, but they clearly maintain it. I appreciated the great staff at the front desk, Madhi and Preston!

Nice place. Quiet, comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Mini fridge. Rooms were a bit small for two queens. Shower pressure on the 8 floor was too hard, they need to regulate put on a giant shower head.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable. Only complaint was I moved the bed to go looking for something I'd dropped and there was a lot of dust and debris under the headboard area.

Our four day stay here was pleasant. The check-in process was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. Our room and bathroom were clean. The gym in the basement was also a nice size for a hotel gym. I liked how they provided fresh fruit infused water every day in the lobby. Parking is also free, they provide a covered parking or a small uncovered lot. I will say though, the walls are a bit thin so keep that in mind. Overall though, I would definitely stay here again. The quality and the price is great, plus the location is super convenient.

Second time staying. Great location in great area. Surprisingly doors are not equipped for wheel chairs. No buttons for automatic door

Everything's great. The main lobby ceilings need some TLC. Otherwise great value for money.

This was my first time staying at the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel and I must say at first I was dissatisfied with the small room but once I asked the front desk about it the very kind lady at the front desk (Mgr) she kindly moved me to a nice big room with a living room area. The bathroom had a nice window that made showers really nice and zen.
The hotel had a hockey team staying there but you wouldn’t have known that because it was quiet.
We ordered room service and my husband loved the burgers so much he wants to go back again.

We will definitely be back for another date night 😃

This was a 4 star hotel and the amenities were really good. The location was really great. The view from the top floor windows was really something. I would have really appreciated a vent fan in the restroom though but other than that minor issue everything was perfect.

Everything is great EXCEPT for the over night male clerk at the front desk. Doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing when it comes to checking someone in and would rather make excuses for his mistakes instead of learning from them. Then again he believes he knows everything... yea one of THOSE people 🙄Not very hospitable either especially for The Renaissance standards.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a night while traveling and it was amazing!!!
The staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice and spacious (we got a king bed). It was also very clean. The bed was very comfy and the it was very quiet at night.

I asked the front desk for more toiletries and they brought a bunch within minutes. They also asked if I needed anything else.

The breakfast was amazing. It was a delicious buffet with coffee and juice. (it wasn’t free though!!) It was $20 a person. It was worth it. The service was amazing.
If we ever find ourselves in Dallas again we will definitely be staying here. 5/5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our room was clean and well appointed. I appreciated the Aveda products in the shower. The staff was professional, very helpful and friendly. The pool was an added plus, and was a sparkling and refreshing way to end our day. Will definitely stay again if we need a hotel in Dallas!

We recently stayed at the omni hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was super clean and the staff was super helpful when we needed more sheets. The pool and hit tub was also super beautiful and they have a good bar and music out there as well. They even gave out complementary bomb pops to the kids which was super sweet. This was one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at.
