Shannon made it very easy to change our business vehicle insurance. I had sent out requests asking for quotes from 5 different companies. Shannon was prompt with her replies and found us a great deal. She is very personable and easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for better rates. She came back with great rates and my policy is with a well-known insurance company.

On a recommendation I called about switching over to this insurance when I bought my new car - Shannon won me over before they even sent over my quotes! I am big on attitude and friendliness with any company and she made me feel comfortable and at ease and like they really had my best interest in mind with the multiple quotes/options they worked up for me.
