The staff was super nice. I asked for there recommendations and they gave me excellent options. We ended up going with a deep dish meat lovers and a thin crust pepperoni jalapeño with mozzarella cheese. Both excellent choices. The sauce though, I could literally put on anything, it was amazing. Best pizza pie shop I’ve been to. Can’t say enough about this place.

Everything was delicious! (Minus the coke it was very light meaning their soda bib was low)
This place was 3 blocks away from my hotel while traveling this week, was craving pizza and went with their stuff crust deep dish Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza.
Sides are very firm to keep everything in, bottom was a little doughy but with the toppings and sauce to be expected.
Sauce was mildly sweet but didn’t take anything away from the meal.
Cheese was stretchy and had a good flavor to it.
Each slice of the small pizza was the size of my hand as seen below (used my hand to show family how big each slice was.
Sauce also had decently sized tomato pieces. Maybe a tad thin compared to others.
Overall I’d give the pizza a 9/10
Bartender was pleasant tonight, seemed to notice the coke looked off but didn’t inspect it. He was attentive to my needs, and to the other guests siting at the bar.
I could nit pick tiny little things I observed that to others would bring their visit to a 3 or 4 star l, but that’s the General Manager in me and how I run my store and things I notice. It for what I was looking for and how they took care of me it was a 5star visit even with the minor issue of the drink.

10 of us came here for a night out to eat, drink, and hang out. The 70s vibes set a great tone for staying for a while and enjoying each others company. I came in knowing that the pizza was going to be great, but what really surprised me was how they hit it out of the park with every single appetizer and cocktail as well. (Special shoutout to the Brussels Sprouts and Blueberry Pecan Salad). If you’re in the West Loop, this spot should be your go-to pizza place.

The gentleman who served us was attentive and kind. He misremembered my beer choice and bought it, even though I told him he didn't have to.

The pizzas took quite awhile to arrive, but that's okay because they were really excellent when they got there. The sauce had flavor depth, not too sweet ..cheese pulls taller than my head. The personal is just the right size.

Nancy's was elegantly decorated for Christmas during this visit. Great atmosphere.

Very cute spot for pizza and other yummy food - the servers and waitresses are awesome. Easily one of the best pizza in Chicago, the deep dish was just amazing, can’t believe I ate 90% of it haha - the thin crust is also just perfection. Wings are to die for and I usually wouldn’t want to eat salad in a restaurant but holy molly this Cesar Salad is amazing especially with the bacon!

Highly recommended and I usually also eat there as a delivery.

The atmosphere and the staff were very inviting! Our waitress, Nancy, was really nice and accommodating! The food was great, but the portion size to price was a little more than it needed to be. A little more on the expensive side for not that out of this world food. Still delicious however.

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. I ordered a strawberry margarita and it had just a little bit too much tequila, but I'm not complaining. This place came highly recommended and I can totally see why!

Nancy's Pizza in the West Loop absolutely knocked it out of the park for our recent dinner. We were craving a night of delicious food and fun vibes, and Nancy's delivered on all fronts!

First off, the pizza was incredible. We tried both a deep dish and a thin crust option, and both were absolute winners. The deep dish which is their original stuffed pizza. The thin crust was crispy and light, with just the right amount of sauce and toppings.

But Nancy's isn't just about the pizza. We also ordered some wings, and they were just as amazing. The wings were cooked to juicy perfection and the sauces were flavorful and mouthwatering.

On top of the fantastic food, the service at Nancy's was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations.

Overall, Nancy's Pizza West Loop gets a resounding 5 stars from us! The combination of delicious pizza, flavorful wings, and top-notch service made for an unforgettable dining experience. I'll be bringing more people back next time!

Highly recommend for: Anyone looking for amazing pizza, delicious wings, and friendly service in a fun and vibrant setting!

My group had a great night at Nancy's in West Loop. We tried the Original Stuffed Pizza as well as a few different thin crusts. I recommend trying BOTH. The Original Stuffed is hearty, cheesy, and absolutely delicious while the Thin Crusts are cut into small pieces, very easy to eat, and very tasty. Both the Blueberry and Caesar salads are a MUST as well. The staff was very attentive an helpful with ordering. We had great drinks as well. Overall, I will be back. Great spot for a group of friends to share and enjoy amazing food and drinks together!

This place is a great place for a family outing or a business meeting. The food is good and fresh plus cooked to order. If you are a mix drink drinker, they have a nice selection to choose from. Oh don't forget the shots too..

I remember when this place used to be Flat Top Grill. Although I do miss Flat Top, Nancy’s is delicious as well! I’ve been ordering from this place for years and this was my first time actually going in to dine in. We sat at the bar, the service was amazing. Super friendly bartender and other staff as well. Food didn’t take long and was served hot! The thin crust pizza is my favorite. The wings are also so good! I definitely Recommend this place for some great pizza. A date night. Or lunch just to sit and enjoy the chill vibes.

I visited Nancy's Pizza on a company dinner last week---you couldn't ask for a better place to go.

Their Original Stuffed pizza has earned its reputation. It's based on an Italian dish known as "scarciedda", or "Easter Pie", and this is the first time I've had a pizza pie that FEELS like a pie. The crust was thick, but not unwieldy, and the combination of sauce and cheese and toppings was incredibly rich. I was fortunate enough to bring some home with me and have it cold the next morning, and let me tell you, Nancy's Original Stuffed Pizza makes as much of an unforgettable breakfast as it does a dinner. I'd also like to say, in terms of drinks, they were really well-mixed. I've gone to some restaurants with a claim to a high pedigree who couldn't make a dirty martini half as well as what I found at Nancy's.

I also loved their décor. It's easy for a chain to half-heartedly go for a theme; Nancy's doesn't. They completely commit, so much so that they reach a level of reinvention. The best way I could describe the interior of their West Loop location is, "It's like if the 1970s was now." A perfect blend of modern and classic, with personal touches from each.

Sidenote: I'm an art nerd, and I absolutely loved the photo-album wallpaper of Andy Warhol polaroids. It sounds odd, but even those little details make Nancy's unforgettable, and I've been telling everyone I can about it since I went!!

If you haven't done so yet and you live in West Loop, visit Nancy's Pizza. You'll get great food, great drinks, an awesome and sincere atmosphere, and friendly, professional service to boot. You'll be telling your kids about it, I have no doubt.

I recommend the deep dish pizza! Very great Chicago style. Definitely a good place to bring your non-local friends who want to try Chicago style deep dish pizza.

Best gluten-free pizza I've ever tasted, and I've sampled many throughout Chicago. The dough is impeccable. Even my wife, who typically eats gluten, couldn't discern any difference; it tasted just like traditional pizza. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh. We chose toppings of Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, basil, and spinach. It was sheer perfection. Cooked to just the right level of crispness. For those who follow a gluten-free diet, you understand the challenge of finding a pizza with a crust that isn’t soggy or bland. This one truly stands out.

A solid all-around spot for deep dish pizza in Chicago with exceptional service! We ordered the Blueberry Pecan Salad and a Large deep dish pizza with artichoke and canadian bacon to share among 4 people. The deep dish pizza here is noticeably better than the chain spots like Lou’s or Giordano’s, though it was still a little bland and could use a bit more flavor overall. The blueberry pecan salad was a huge highlight: the combination of crunchy and creamy textures of the nuts, cheese, and blueberries was very pleasant. The sweet dressing was a really great pairing to the nutty pecan flavor.

The service here was really wonderful— our server was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout. The prices are also solid and reasonable. The restaurant was pretty empty when we went for lunch on Sunday, but the space is spacious and the ambience is chill.

Price (relative to peers): 4.5/5
Food: 4.3/5
Ambience: 5/5
Service: 5/5
Overall Value: 4.5/5

Great experience! Highly recommended.

The meatball sliders were the best among the other appetizers we tried. Definitely try those little balls of happiness. It was very tasty, not bland at all. It was rich, buttery. Fried onion rings were very good too. Chicken wings were alright.

Now, let's come to the deep dish pizza. This is the second deep dish pizza I tried, and the first one I liked. There were great flavors. The crust was perfect, not too dry, not too mushy. Since my experience (at Giordano's) was not good, I was skeptic. But Nancy's didn't disappoint.

Drinks were very good too. We tried 4 different cocktails. First three were perfect. On the 4th one, something funny happened. One of us took a sip, found it was butter, and made a face. The bartender saw it, came running, and asked what was wrong with it. He said, he can give us a new one but we wanted to just add some lime juice to it. I liked the fact that they cared about the quality of their items and their customer's satisfaction.

Will definitely come here again to try other items but I know my appetizer. Yes, the meatballs!
