I love that I received great deals here it was so cool. I grabbed like 6 outfits and only spent $45 dollars. This was the best deals i found at the outlet mall. I won't be returning to the outlet dur to it being run down and pretty much no stores but this was a good deal.

My daughter absolutely loved this location. It was organized, clean, the layout of items was perfect which allowed you to see the items, and seemed to have many more fashionable items than locations Ive gone to in Dallas. I will definitely drive back out to shop!

I was helped by Stephanie, who was an absolute delight! She was very patient while I tried on several outfits and assisted me in getting different sizes and
Colors. She was friendly and knowledgeable about products, telling me of all current specials. It was such an awesome experience, I just had to share. Great job H&M! Thank you, Stephanie. You just don’t see customer service like that these days. It’s not near as common as it used to be.

Grateful for their selection of dresses at good prices! Was sad to see that fitting rooms are not open but it's understandable during these times. It's pretty great that customers are able to return unused items within a certain time though, even clearance items if they don't fit!

An employee named Kenzie helped me at the register-- she was really friendly and super helpful. Excellent customer service is so rare these days but she and the other employees working the Saturday afternoon I visited were extraordinarily legendary. The store was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the young lady working in the fitting room-- just pleasant. However, at the register, Kenzie was the absolute best, very patient and provided savings tips for my next visit. People like her deserve notable mentions, especially when good efforts are rarely shared in comparison to when terrible service is experienced. I figured, why not share mine because it was a great experience and I will revisit that location because of how well I was treated and the service was excellent. We're more likely to tell 9 to 10 people about a bad experience but what happens when we encounter a great one? We should tell just as many. That location did a great job training and hiring that young lady, as well as the gentleman who greeted my friend and me upon entering and checking on us throughout our shipping visit. It truly made a difference! Working hard and having a great attitude affects more than ee know. I applaud this team.

The proof in the pudding is a neat seamless experience. That was the death of Forever 21 cheap felt cheap, quality slowly took a nose dive. H&M good quality, nice styles and ample nicely neat stores with items neatly layed out easy to see and nice fitting rooms. Love the app too, points are easy to redeem without having to produce your 4th grade report card. At first thier styles were kinda tacky now very nice summer wear and good nice quality for great prices. Men's wear is very affordable and hip too. I wore almost exclusively from H&M for my European Vacation!

The store has a lot of options and great selections. The clerk at checkout was very friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Decent store with many clothing options. Prices seemed fair for what they were. Having said that, we got things on sale.

I will be honest I just saw this store from the outside didn't have the time to go in and see man clothes and prices.

I shop for specific items and usually find great value on those or similar items. I got a cute top for layering and a basic black skirt today.
