Chance took great care of me in the buying and selling process. I bought with him in 2019 and sold with him in 2023 and could not have asked for a better experience.

Put an offer in on a home and was told the seller would not take a contingency. Thats perfectly fine. However, you should have listed that information on your listing. Many wasted trips for the interested buyer and the showing realtor and wasted time doing paperwork etc...Not cool - especially with our current situation in this pandemic. Very rude office.
