I stop here everyday the girls that are in there in the mornings are always friendly and helpful. They know my order before I get to the counter. So 5 stars is deserved.

I work here on 3rd shift. I will say the day crew when it comes to cleaning are not the best. The bathrooms are hard to manage but are cleaned every night and we appreciate any customer who lets us know that they do need cleaned. So we do our best to get to it as soon as possible. We don't like people who think they're better than others and we will call them out. We treat all customers the same. And we do not give prices out over the phone. Also this store is not a truck stop and semi drivers need to stop acting like it is. We have no room for you to park your truck. Plan your route better.

Always quick service and most employees are not rude so that is good

Second Thorntons in Decatur. Not always the cleanest and pretty crowded with grocery stock and soda fountain stashed on inside wall and not easy to get to. The washrooms are filthy and better to find a tree outside to water.

Most of the employees are nice. Complained repeatedly to management about the afternoon cashier being rude and saying she's going to "throat punch" or kill fellow employees and customers.
Managers did not care about it at all. Her attitude still stinks. I will not go in I see her there. She's rude, nasty, and violent
