Outstanding customer service. Originally ordered from a 1-800 company that cancelled my order. Called Abby Oates on Christmas Eve - they were actually already closed - & they created an arrangement AND delivered by that evening. Made my holidays extra special. I will continue to deal with this florist direct and NOT use these 1-800 companies. Thank you!

They saved the day!! I had originally ordered a flower arrangement for my parents 50th wedding anniversary from one of those nationwide sites and even though I ordered it 3 days in advance it was cancelled the morning of the delivery day. That left me almost no time to try to scramble and get flowers delivered (I live in AZ and could not deliver them myself). I called Abby Oates an hour before they closed on a Saturday to see if there was any way they could help me and they were so helpful! They took my order and had it delivered within a few hours (and my mom loved the flowers they chose). I am so thankful for their kindness and professionalism. I definitely would recommend shopping here instead of those national places.

I live out of state, so I googled florists in Dothan. I chose this florist due to good reviews. The lady I spoke with was very accommodating, even looking in the greenhouse and calling me back to let me know what was available. Flowers were delivered to the hospital about 2 hours after placing my order. The recipient of the flowers was very impressed with the man who delivered them. He even took time to visit and pray with them before he left. I highly recommend this florist.

Beautiful flower arrangement. Staff was very helpful in making a custom order. Had seen a few negative reviews but I was highly impressed with the products and detail orientation. Wil defenitly use again.

the phone listed is out of service I tried to call

I only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. We the floral spectacular for a friend in the hospital. The arrangement she received looked nothing like the one on the website. The florist substituted almost all the flowers with cheaper ones and the left out the roses completely. When we called her excuse was, “they didn’t send the right flowers they are holding all the flowers back for Valentine’s Day.” We appreciate the effort but there should have been better communication if we were not going to receive the arrangement we ordered. Very disappointing.

I had selected an arraignment from their selections in which I assume are priced according to what they are, the materials, flowers choices, etc. What I got delivered was nothing short of sad. no roses, no balloons even though it is an additional fee and it was not discussed with me if it was ok to replace. they did a half a** job. If you value your money and time, do not waste it here. I recommend any of the other florist in the area. Lack of communication is crazy. Sad to say but will no longer have my business.

I paid $70 for a gift basket advertised as including items such as (2 packs) Ferrero Rocher, (1 large bar) Dove, (1 large bar) Guylian, (4 bars) Godiva, and (2 large bars) Ghirardelli chocolates, (1 bag) Milano cookies, a high end spread, (3 small wheels) Babybel cheese, a large wheel of high end cheese, a box of crackers, and a small sausage, all included in a decent looking basket.

What my spouse received for our anniversary was what you see in the first picture: DOLLAR STORE PRODUCTS in a tin pail. Some of the Clover Valley products still had discount stickers from Dollar General on them. Also, take note that most of the items were not even chocolate in the "basket" that I received, while the advertised product included mostly chocolate items.

Now, I will concede that they state on the item's page "(Please remember that each selection is custom made and substitutions may be necessary. Your order will be produced as closely as possible to the picture.)"

This does not grant them the right to substitute EVERY SINGLE ITEM for bargain bin items from their local dollar store. I could have gone to the dollar store myself and bought this for less than $20, including the gas to get there.

This is unacceptable.

The real cherry on the cake is the response I was given when I spoke to their "customer service" over the phone. I was told that NEXT TIME I placed an order, they would throw in "a little something extra."

Over charge for what you receive. Was suppose to be a floral design that I had picked out from designs that she said she could do and had done in the past. No where near the design she said she would do. Had no other choice but to take the flowers because it was to late to get a different florist for my mother’s funeral
