This is the best Tex-Mex restaurant in Katy. Family owned and operated, they treat everyone like family. They have the best salsa I've ever tasted, and you won't ever have a bad meal at this place.

The meal was well prepared and flavorful. It doesn't taste or is it flavor like the Mexican food in my area/ GA but I really love the spices and flavors they use.

Mexican food was hot and spicy! I enjoyed the mixed veggies with the platter. Beans and rice seemed fresh. Drinks were good. Happy hour prices are good

Fast, friendly service, tender, flavorful fajitas and delicious chips and salsa! Great independent, neighborhood restaurant!

Katy best kept secret especially for family with kids. Me and the family go and stay under $60 most of the time and we all get filled up. They have something for everyone and the drinks are average. Not too strong nor too weak. Me and my mom went all the time and now I take my family. Great service as well and fast to bring the plates!

The food is always terrific here, family owned and operated. Wish I had not had to move. Miss eating there, sure glad my Doctor is still off Fry and Park Fall, I can eat there when ever I have a Doctor's appointment. Not all the time like I did when I worked at the Dollar General located in the same shopping center.

Don't miss the opportunity to treat yourself truly great meal.

In recent weeks, I've been at this restaurant several times and have always been pleased by the food, atmosphere, and service. The business owner is pleasant and comes by our table with a smile.
10/13/22 -- I was disappointed in the meal this time. The bean soup was very salty. The entree was also saltier than before. I hadn't experienced this before and therefore was unaware to ask for less salt.
4/5/23: This is one of my favorite places to eat in Katy and I stop by often. The food is great and the owner always has a smile.

We found this quaint restaurant to be quite tasty with excellent, attentive service. We tried the avocado salad, queso and enchi meal --- super great! The chips were served with a homemade salsa with just enough of a kick. Well worth the drive.

A simple, clean Mexican Restaurant to get your favorite dish. Love their Cheese Enchiladas and Ground Beef Tacos. The smells make you hungry the moment you walk in the door. The service is quick, and the people are friendly. I can't let a week go by without making a visit here.

Definitely will come back often. We dined in, asked for our drink orders right away and then came the salsa and chips. Salsa is cold, but spicy and the chips are on the thicker side which we like. Auga frescas are good.
We ordered off the managers special, gorditas and tacos; they even brought out the green salsa right away. Most places you have to ask for green salsa. Food came out promptly and hot! It's a no fuss Mexican restaurant. There's not pages of food on the menu, which I like because they will focus on the quality of the food.

We always enjoy the food. It's never packed reasonably priced and you get nice sized servings. Been a fixture in Katy since 1996.

Very chill, laid back Mexican place. Food is good, service is friendly and fast. Prices are very reasonable.
No crowds at all whenever I’ve been in so it’s nice to sit back and enjoy a good plate in relative peace.

Small hole in the wall Mexican but food and service was off the charts! Everything was outstanding but a must is guacamole and margaritas!! WOW!!

I've been coming to these guys for almost 2 decades and I've always had pleasant experiences every single time. The food and service is always over the top fantastic, worth every penny.

It's not on the menu, but I recommend asking for chicken spinach enchiladas, pairs perfectly with their chips and salsa(amazing fresh and kitchen made)

Always good. Been frequenting this spot since early 1990s. Consistently good. Guacamole has been excellent as well. Used to occasionally be too salty but has been perfect for a long time now. Order always fast too.

I've been coming here since who knows for how long and I can tell you this. This restaurant is the best place to get a family hangout, it has the best food you could ever have by their delicious enchiladas, to their fajitas. The waiters are like family they're local and are nice to chat with. My family knows the owner themselves and he's a very nice man.
I really recommend a family who wants Mexican food or a hungry person to go to this restaurant! It's no a waste of money!
