Lisa Waltke was incredible! We had to move quickly and she helped us every step of the way. She researched our area, was knowledgeable of all the houses on the current market, walked through our own house and then gave us the best advice on how to proceed to make sure we had the best showing from the beginning. I HIGHLY recommend working with Meghann Kappler! I used to be an apartment leasing agent, and frankly was reluctant to work with a locator because of past negative experiences of working with them, but I had NEVER worked a locator as great as her! She not only found me the most perfect place that I would never have found, she made an overwhelming and stressful process so smooth and easy and even fun! (Such as, I preferred non-beige walls, so she called places to make sure no beige was in the apartment!) She called places and researched and sent me a very detailed and easy to read options for places. She was so great to talk with, so responsive to texts and questions. At the apartment visit, she was so fun and detailed, her knowledge is incredible! She found me a place EXACTLY what I wanted, but not one that I would have ever found on my own. She never pushed me to go above my budget or “talk me into” a place that isnt what I was wanting (and that was my typical experience with locators). Even after the fact, She sent me reminders (So helpful! as I am so busy!) even after the fact to remind me to set up utilities so that I have a smooth move in. 100/10 wold recommend!
