This is one of my favorite places to buy wigs at. There selection isn't the size of the building like some stores, which can make you get overwhelmed with picking a wig. And they always have someone ready to help you . Unlike some bigger beauty supplies tou can't find help or you have to wait a long time in line just so they can say they don't have it in your color.

Great selection and the guy working the counter was so nice to my sister and I. I'll definitely be back. Clean, would be perfect if prices were easier to see on items. But overall good!

They are the best hands down!!! They interact with the customers in a positive way and always go above and beyond. I’ve been coming her for years and have always been impressed but today topped it off... a severe storm came and we were stuck in the store and the employees got umbrellas and walked me and my children to the car! Even carried my daughter for time so that her feet would not be soaked!!! Customer service goes a LONG WAY thank you for being who you all are! And providing the service that you do!

I've recently started going to this shop for my hair needs and by far these are the friendliest and warm people and they are great at helping the customer and answering all my questions so from here on out this will be the place to go never again will I step foot in that place down the street, the employees do nothing but gossip and sit down if you ask them for help they catch an attitude never do they ask if you need anything and be careful when you leave the place because the cashier's and the black guys that are walking around in the store they work together and when you leave they will try to jack your purse or bags and pretend to have interest you they are all about scamming the customer from the moment you walk to the register until you leave they will rob you. But JJ beauty supply go there they are the best people. DO NOT GO TO JENNY BEAUTY SUPPLY THEY WILL ROB YOU.

I have been going to JJ for over 7 years. The store is really clean and bright. You can see everything clearly. The store is always playing smooth jazz which I love. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only beauty supply I go to.

I love the Atmosphere, the Kind, Professional service and the Music. I absolutely loved my shopping experience there and its Not half as big as Jenny's, but their well - mannered staff and management Beats it every time.

The lady who works for them is sonnice and sweet. Very helpful. I really like going to this location...I drive from Arlington just to shop here.

The lovely natural haired lady helping in the wig department was soooo kind and helpful. The store itself has a very nice wig collection and the entire staff was nice.

My wig is on point and one of the young ladies working their helped me but I didn't get her name they always have some Good prices

I love the loyalty program they have, I always get discounts and free merchandise. I continue to shop there because of the customer service. A much better atmosphere than the competition next door.

I'm a Jenny's shopper but they didnt have my closure cause they only have 1b so. I came here and I'm glad I did.not only did the have the color n style I needed but the wigs are super affordable. As a online shopper,stored are never cheaper but it was.the guy was helpful and I ended up buying a wig as well as the closure.look at the price of the human hair wigs. I'm definitely coming back for a wig every week with these prices.Jenny's who
