Swat plumbing did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Our technician Joey Felts explained the entire job and was very detailed.

They offer military discouunts, which is always a plus.

This is the second time they have come to our home, and each time provided excellent service.

Highly recommend.

Dustin came for a dual sink drainage issue. It was trickier than it should have been due to the installation when the home was built. He didn’t give up and gave me complete resolution (next steps would have had to been cutting a hole into the wall). So happy that he got the job done. And with my home warranty too! SWAT Plumbing was great and they are incredibly lucky to have Dustin.

For home warranty, the technician visited our home to fix water leaking of kitchen faucet. It was fixed and satisfied. Mr. John Scott was an excellent technician and very polite. Thank you to the John and SWAT plumbing team.

Recently had Technician Frankie out for my garbage disposal. He was knowledgeable answered all my questions and provided great customer service. I will recommend S.W.A.T. Plumbing going forward.

We've had SWAT out a few times through our home warranty and have always been satisfied. Jesse was out today to fix a couple of leaking faucets and we found him to be polite, efficient, and everything works great! Thanks to the whole team at SWAT for being communicative and working with our schedule, as well.

Weldon is awesome and knowledgeable. He came to my home 2weeks in a row. 1st to fix a faucet, then I explained the issues I was having with my toilet he knew exactly what was wrong. He came back out to fix it doing more than required of him. A nice guy!

Frankie was great. He came in and explained the issue to me. He had to replace the garage disposal but it was covered under my home warranty. He was professional and explained to me how the new garbage disposal worked better than the old one I had.

Frankie was very efficient, personable and got straight to work. He answered all our questions regarding our sink and garbage disposal and was quick to fix the problem. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve used SWAT now 3 times. I’ve been in my 25 year old home now a year and half and all my issues seem to have been plumbing so far. I always request Carlos because I developed trust with his skills, his professionalism and kindness. This latest issue when I scheduled service, SWAT sent out Rhett and he was able to quickly diagnose that my irrigation valve was old, broken and needed replacing and explained to me about the city permits will work. Rhett was very knowledgeable, also very kind and professional and was quickly immersed in this larger scale job with the valve permit, and how he tested everything after he was finished to double check nothing else in my plumbing system was broken (Carlos did this as well). It poured rain this morning while he was outside working but that didn’t slow him down.

I will keep on using SWAT based on these two professional and licensed plumbers who are not just there to put a bandaid on an issue but really are thorough and do things right. I highly recommend both Carlos and Rhett and applaud SWAT on the talent and skill levels of the plumbers they hire.

I had a water heater that stopped working. Andrew from S.W.A.T. Plumbing had a new heating element installed & restored hot water in no time. Andrew was very professional. I’ll recommend SWAT to all my friends & neighbors.

Super home warranty sent out S.W.A.T. Plumbing and I'm so glad they did. The company texted me a photo and a short description of the technician so I'd know exactly who I was meeting before he arrived. Randall is fantastic! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and made sure it was resolved before he left. He went above and beyond and answered all of my many questions and put me at ease.

Zach! Zach! Zach! Zach came out in dark...all I had to do is describe the issues I was having and he went straight to the problem! Took him all of 30mins to unclog my sewer drain and I was back in business!! My only down fall to this company is that they should have never rerouted my Tech..b/c of that rerouting I'm late for work b/c he didn't get out here till after 6ish and I had to take a shower to get ready for work and couldn't do that until the problem was fixed!

I had a leak with my irrigation backflow preventer which needed to be replaced and my warranty company recommend SWAT. My technician Kevin did an amazing job to diagnose the issue and resolve it in a timely manner! Kevin went the extra mile to answer any questions/concerns I had and even went as far as to call my warranty company to confirm what would be covered. Once the job was completed, he walked me through on what was done and provided helpful advice while also making sure to clean up the area that was worked on. I was quoted a reasonable price and I would use SWAT again for any of my plumbing needs. Definitely be requesting Kevin again!
