The store is not crowded - so, it’s a relaxed atmosphere to try on some boots.
They have a lot of different designs and good prices.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They asked us from time to time if we need some help.

Husband bought a pair of boots the week prior for us to go out for a party and we ended up coming back so he could get another pair for work. Such a variety of men’s boots and such a beautiful selection. I only wish they had more options in women’s styles as they did men.

Justin was the young man that assisted us in the store. Very helpful and patient with us. My wife got the Reba Chelsea Cognac boots, and my son got the Justin Chocolate Brown Blue boots, and I got the Commander work boots.

They have a 25% off sale on work boots and a $50 clearance rack. This store and the one in Justin are great!

I love this place. I didn't have to ask for assistance. An associate named Jeff came to me and offered to help. My daughter was buying her first pair of boots, and he spent an hour or more with her. He showed her how to fit the right kind of boots for her feet and directed her to the area that would have her size. When she tried on a pair, he took the time to make sure they were the correct fit. He is very knowledgeable about boots, and if you have a question, I guarantee he will know the answer.

Great stop for cheap boots made in the US. Got me some great lookin boots to take home. This was my first pair of Justin boots and I’m in love with them. Definitely will be going back.

Great selection of boots, no one that bothers you, they just let you look at the boots and find the ones you want. The prices aren't all exceptional, but they are pretty good as nothing seems to be at MSRP. Also they carry more than just Justin, though if you want Justins they definitely have a great selection of them.

I brought my Dad here for his first set of Texas cowboy boots. We were assisted by a very helpful sales person who gave us the rundown on how to size, the types of soles, the types of toes, and how to take boots off. It was a great experience, exactly what we hoped for! He wore them out of the store and we went directly to the stock yards for a rodeo! That night when I got home I turned on Forensic Files. In the episode, a forensic scientist was interviewed saying a pair of boot prints were identified as being from a pair of Justin boot. The interviewer asked how common they are. He replied, "Let me put it this way: you are probably not from Texas if you don't own a pair of Justin boots!" I loved it! It really helped him feel like a real Texan.

True outlet so selection limited but worth a try

Took my Bambina here to check out some Boots for a friends birthday upcoming at a country bar! I’ve lived in Texas over 40 years & never owned a pair of Boots up until now! We were overwhelmed by the amount of choices in the Men’s area and after receiving great help from “Lori” I came across the pair that said take me home! Highly suggest coming here if you’re looking for a good deal on Boots!
