Cozy, tap house, with unusual, more eclectic beer options. They offer multiple sized pours. Be careful, though. Some of the stouts I tried were expensive (but worth it, if you like trying new, less common beers). The bartender was kind enough to point out the cost, in case I didn't know. Worth check out if you're in the area.

They have a very good selection of dark craft beer from numerous breweries. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a hidden gem in Arlington,TX. I been to Kool Keg for years to score kegs for party’s and I never knew they had a bar attached to it. This is one of favorite bars in Arlington now. Kevin is a great bartender. That have some great beers on tap and you can also get any of those beers put into a Kool Kan to take home. This will definitely be a spot for the Urbans tattoo and Sugar Shack crew to come kick it at.

I love this place! Every time I visit Texas I go back, they have a delicious selection of beers and they're always changing their menu. Their staff are very knowledgeable, they also sell flights and growlers and will refill your growlers, and they also have a nice selection of bottled beers as well. I should also mention that they don't serve food but you can order from J. Gilligan's Bar & Grill next door and they'll deliver your order to Kool Keg and you can eat it there. The overall establishment and bathrooms are also super clean and they have a TV to watch sports. Highly recommend!!

Lovely place for craft beers especially local and extraordinary. They have flights which let one try a number for an enhanced beer experience. Of course, they fill growlers and they also carry a large assortment of bottled beers. With a friendly staff, there’s not much more to ask. I’d drop them 1/4 star for lack of food, even finger food. I go there to fill my growler or to try their wonderful selection of drafts. But they also have a ginormous selection of bottles chilled or on the shelf.

I keep my kegerator stocked thanks to Kool Keg. Every encounter is professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need. I highly recommend them!

The beer selection is impressive, with something for everyone. Our beertender (sorry I had to do it 😂) was super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. We're not from here, but we'll definitely be coming back on our next visit.

Its a nice and clean place, has a real hipster vibe to it, chill music, its cheap beer but doesn't taste like it. A nice place to hang out and chill with your friends. The Ales are pretty good, don’t like the dark beers much. They also have this really good Irish cream beer, I’m kicking myself for not asking for the name of it

I’ve been coming to Kool Kegs for several years, for both sitting at the bar and enjoying unique beers I can’t find in other bars around Arlington, as well as ordering kegs for my home bar. Recently I was in on a surprisingly busy afternoon and had excellent service. Liz greeted me as soon as I sat at the bar and asked if I needed any recommendations. I love the fact that that they have a digital menu that shows the levels of the kegs on tap, along with information about the beers like flavor notes. Liz recommended a very unique raspberry Berliner weisse, based of my love of Abita’s Purple Haze. I always enjoy the great service and great beers here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Place to Meet Up With Friends! The place has the music at a reasonable level, and the bartenders are knowledgeable about their selection. The place itself is cozy and inviting.

This place is AMAZING for multiple reasons.

First, the bartenders and managers seriously care about everyone who walks through the door. They really do treat everyone like family.

Second, the atmosphere is great. They keep the music low so that you can actually converse with whomever you're in conversation with. Everything about this bar radiates formality without pretentiousness from the unique bar chairs to the brick walls.

Third, the affordability of the products. They offer several sizes so that you can try a little or a lot without getting full.

Finally, the selection! Taps rotate so much that you'll never have the same beer twice (unless you want to)!

If you love craft beer or if you've never tried it, I HIGHLY recommend that you give Kool Keg a try.

This place offers an alternative to most bars. To quote one of the managers:

This is a phenomenal place to grab a beer, fill a growler, or meet the most interesting people in the world. Every time I come here, I'm amazed and flabbergasted by 1. the impressive choice and quality of craft beers purveyed here, 2. the interesting and eclectic clientele drawn here, each with a unique and fascinating story to tell, and 3. the amazing and accommodating staff, whose stories are even more interesting than those of the people drawn here. David and Christian are very knowledgeable, sincere, genuine bartenders with a great beer familiarity being only one of their many facets. Come here, you won't regret it.

This is a great little place to meet with friends and have a good quality drink. The bartender was super nice and very helpful in assisting me with deciding on a craft brew to try anew, he was very good too! What he suggested was exactly what I was wanting, White Mastodon Lager agreed perfectly with my particular taste preferences for beers! The whole atmosphere was one of mellow, laid-back, friendly energy, I will definitely be going back, the beers are a little on the pricey side, but during happy hour their discounts are substantial and the beer and service IS MOST DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY CENT! Thank you guys for a great afternoon outing, you helped me make the most of my time visiting with an old friend, I promise you have a new "regular patron" in me and I plan to be back for more!
