After a disappointing experience with another florist, Flowers of Hope stepped in and delivered beyond our expectations. Despite the short notice, they crafted a beautiful spray for our loved one's funeral and ensured it was ready on a Sunday afternoon. The staff went above and beyond, guiding us through their selection and making sure every detail was perfect. Even after being transported 2.5 hours, the spray remained stunning. I would recommend Flowers of Hope to everyone. For starters, I love the name of the business; it’s one of the best locations to get your flowers delivered on any occasion. In my case, it was a funeral & I wanted to bring some sunshine to the bereavement family and my friends. I knew how much I wanted to spend before I called them and they are budget-friendly. They provided exceptional customer support by delivering exactly what I wanted because I asked a couple questions. So, they created a peace lily with sunflowers for me at a great price. I mean, she asked me what I wanted to say and I told her “with deepest sympathy” and she added love and prayers to the card. Flowers of Hope has the kind of customer care that’s superb and makes me want to think of them every time I need something creative or flowers to brighten up someone’s day. Keep in mind, all I had to do was pick up the phone and call them. They even sent a picture to me which I will attach below and they made sure I was satisfied before receipt of payment. Give them a call and you will be happy you did.
