PNC Bank

Today I stopped at this branch for some information about opening an account. I have been with my credit union since 2007. They have been great, but they haven’t done much to keep me as a client in the past few years, plus they are in Florida. Not very convenient the few times my debit card was compromised and I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a new card. I chose PNC because is a national bank rather than regional. After about two hours having a conversation with Milos and Cassie, I can say I opened the account. Their customer service skills are exceptional, not to mention their vast knowledge on banking products. Not sure why the low star reviews here, but, from my first impression, they were excellent! And I’m looking forward to continue my banking needs with them.

Came here the day before Thanksgiving to open up an Estate Account. I had already been turned away by my own bank Fort Worth Credit Union and Wells Fargo. FWCCU doesn't do estate accounts for some reason and WF gave me some word salad about online appointments blah blah blah. Walked in here to PNC and Cassie got right on it. I mean quickly. I asked if she could have me out the door in 30 minutes and she did just that. Cassie was quick and knowledgeable ! I may have found a new bank.

This bank is awesome! Kinesha went above and beyond to assist me today and quickly as I had a sleepy newborn to attend to. I’ve never had such a positive relationship with a bank.

Not one problem with anyone at this branch. Was greeted at the door by Erik who had a great personality that was friendly and was guick to help me. Upon explaining why I was there, Erik promptly handed me off to Celina who also was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Together they work as a team to answer all my questions and take care or my needs. Would highly recommend this group of people. Thank you for a positive experience.

In and out fairly quickly on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened. Liz Sanchez helped me take care of my name change and was a pleasure to deal with. Impressed with the in person bank experiance with small offices instead of being forced to handle everything at a busy counter.

I was highly impressed with the professionalism and amazing treatment I received from Mr. Veletic. He made this the easiest most efficient visit I’ve ever had to a bank.

Todd at PNC Bank 2601 N Tarrant Pkwy Fort Worth went above and beyond to get me what I requested. Todd is definitely a service oriented individual, capable and professional. I highly recommend this location.

I needed them to do something, and they did it. They even made it easy. Terrific experience.

Before you drive off upset that this is a cashless branch, remember as Eric the manager was kind enough to stop me and educate me right before I drove off in a bad mood... The atm does allow for cash withdrawals, ones, tens, twenties, when speaking to teller. Thank you Eric!!

Not sure how I'm supposed to ever go to the bank if they dont open till 9 and close at 5 and aren't open on weekends...

Patiently waiting to add a beneficary to my account. It’s been 10 minutes and he’s still tapping/strolling on laptop. I ask how much longer, he saying about 10 more minutes.Good bye ✌

Terrible waiting time

Before you go to this location, please know that they have no tellers. Everything is done virtual through a machine. If you need to speak with someone, you have to wait a long period of time before they’re done helping other people to find out that what you need they can’t do. Oh, and they don’t open till like 9 AM so if you need to get some thing done before work you’re at a loss. I really wish my company didn’t bank with them so I didn’t have to mess with them.

Went in to the branch to discuss getting one of our accounts set up as a savings account and was told by Eric he would call us early next week - going on week two without a callback. Also called in later that week and spoke with a lady who said she would call me back that day - didn’t get that callback either.

Hope you don't have the "pleasure" of using this bank. Erik Bigham and Courtney Todd are very incompetent and have to ask what to do on everything you request. I've been waiting 3 months to get a estate check for my dead fathers account and they do not provide call backs. I've had to call 5-6 times to get updates (which usually consist of them forgetting about me). NEVER USE PNC. I'd never trust my money with them

Don't waste your time coming here. All electronic. You can't hear the lady on the virtual teller. Pnc has been bad since ce the merger and at the new year I am leaving
