Mr. Cracraft and ReCrafted took the hassle of dealing with insurance into their own hands while making a claim for my home. Not only did they accept the responsibility of dealing with my insurance, but they also set up all the inspections and dates and showed up to inspect with the inspector. Kyle and his crew fought for me.

When his staff started to install my roof in the morning, they didn’t leave my house until 8:30 p.m. Kyle’s employees were polite, courteous, and most of all, HARD WORKERS! They have a process, and they know the drill. They left my home clean, with a beautiful roof!

In the end, Kyle Cracraft made me feel like I was making the right choice choosing ReCrafted to install my roof. He went out of his way to assure my wife and me that everything, and I mean everything, would be taken care of on their end.

Kyle was super easy to work with, I had storm damage to my roof and called Recrafted. Kyle come over checked it out and then took care of everything all we really had to do was pick out the new roof color. If i had any questions or concerns he would get back to me right away.

These guys have the best people working for them! I had been having issues with another roofing company and gave these guys a call! They ended up getting my roof approved through the insurance. I rescently had the pleasure of working with the team at Re-Crafted and I must say that from start to finish, the process was seemless, smooth and effortless. From the first shingle pulled to the last shingle layed, it was all done in under a day and my roof looks amazing. Clean up was fast and easy as well.

Kyle was prompt, efficient, professional, and very very helpful. While he was inspecting the roof, a neighbor drove by and stopped to mention how happy he also was with ReCrafted Roofing too for work they'd done on his roof. I needed someone to come out and give me a gutter estimate as my gutters were in very poor condition, these guys came out the same day to give me an estimate! The customer service experience was fantastic through the whole process. Happy to say, I love my new gutters!!

John sat with us to explain the different shingle options and colors.The work crew showed up immediately after the insurance company approved the replacement. They replaced the roof and gutters in one day. The work crew was polite and professional. They didn't leave a single nail or any garbage in my yard.
