David and Alex came to deliver two sofas for us today and were amazing. They even helped us by placing the felts on the bottom of the feet.

We loved the furniture and they made sure we were set before heading out. Definitely 5 star service!

David and Alex were great. They called beforehand to let me know they were on the way, arrived right on time and were very careful getting my furniture into the house. Then they assembled it quickly exactly where I wanted it then they were on their way. Very professional,

Alex and David were extremely polite and professional during the delivery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before leaving. The quality of Customer Service is a huge factor when deciding to purchase from a store again. This experience will steer me in Macy’s direction again.

Not bad. Gate guard was cool, they let me drop trailer an didn't even know me lol. Trailer was kinda trashed when I picked it up tho but oh well.

With hud groub or jb hunt if u drop a load and you want to get empty you have to have a release number for it
