Lucked out and got there at the beginning of dinner rush. Excellent service by Kathy, friendly, attentive, Uber efficient. The roasted salsa is Delicious, not too much heat. The green salsa packs quite a punch, in a good way. The Chile relleno is top notch! I had the Chicken flautas borrachos (smothered) and oh my Yum! Shrimp Cocktail is a great choice for a fresh shareable appetizer!! The Charro beans have Tons of flavor! And the rice is just heavenly.
Walk, don't run this place is "en fuego"!! (on fire)

Come for the delicious food, stay for the fantastic service and friendly staff! We got the sour cream chicken enchiladas and the sampler appetizer plate. We will definitely be back!!

Just left a water park and I have been wanting to dine in and just eat delicious Mexican food. At 8:30 we randomly pulled in and they close at 9pm, so grateful they still took us. This was some of the best food and best friendly family service I have ever had. The Service was so amazing the food put them over the roof. The sour cream chicken enchiladas and quesadillas were just omg. The brisket taco plate was mouth watering, the chimichanga was so flavorful. No I didn't get everything lol we all shared. And the shrimp cocktail was mmmm-mmmmm! I highly recommend eating here, I cannot wait to try the menudo and breakfast. Only thing is we didn't try the fried ice cream which I bet was delicious as well. Thank y'all so much I cannot wait to go back again... Tomorrow 😂.

AMAZING!! Hands down best chips and salsa. The service is fast and so friendly. Love that it's family run. Our waitress is the owner's daughter and she was an absolute doll. I had been away from Texas for a while and all I wanted was some bomb Mexican food. Soooo glad we stopped here. It's exactly what I was craving. I'll be back when I can!

This is a family run business. Mom is helping customers, the son was in the kitchen, daughter was helping as well. They were very attentive.very appreciative, and very friendly.
The food had good flavor and good size portions. We will be going back soon.

Exceeded every expectation! The salsas for the chips were exemplary! Chips were excellent, thick and non-greasy. I had the chicken enchilada suizas and a chicken taco. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. Verde sauce on enchilada was very tasty. Taco shell was crisp and not greasy. Beans rated right up there with some of the best I've had and the rice was very, very flavorful. We had our Margaritas over the rocks and they tasted terrific for a house margarita! The service was exceptional. All in all, I give Bernardo's a 5 star rating! Will definitely be our "go to" for Mexican food. So glad we went!

Where do I begin ?! Great friendly staff! Clean place! Food is amazing / and delicious! Prices where reasonable and affordable. Plate was warm when the brought it to the table! Food was perfect! Salsa is freshly made! Waiter checked if I needed anything about five times which i great. Will be coming back soon!

Been 3x now. Very good each time. Chicken fajita tacos and all the enchiladas highly recommended! Chips warm and thin, 2 salsas very good. Even the tea is delicious. Our waitress was awesome. Love this place.

This place was so homie, I absolutely loved it! The service is on point, they are so attentive, makes no sense. I ordered the fajitas, shrimp and steak. It was so good, hot, and juicy! My food came fast, and drinks were amazing! I will be coming back for more!

New family owned, large dinner portions and really great flavored dishes. On our way to check out their breakfast now. Only negative experience was the Lake Worth water they serve, but I guess that’s out of their control. Order anything but water to drink.

Had breakfast with my mom. The bacon, egg and cheese taco and the chorizo, potato, egg, and cheese tacos were awesome. They have really good chips, queso, and salsa. The owner was very nice and staff were great as well. I will be back to support this local business.

We tried Bernardo’s for the first time last week and we absolutely loved the food and drinks! We ordered a🍹 mangonada and it was very yummy! Their food was outstanding. We ordered a sampler with chicken quesadillas, nachos with chicken and flautas and it was delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant and we plan to go back soon!

Great margaritas and great food, for very good prices. Friendly staff, awesome patio, the list goes on and on. Met Bernando himself, a wonderful guy. Salsa's have variety of flavors, from mild to very spicy. Food came out in 5 minutes.

My family and l ate here Sat. It was birthday and Fathers day and 6 of us total. This was our first time but most definitely wont be our last! We were greeted and seated immediately and it just got better from there. 2 types of picante served with AMAZING chips.

Great food and super friendly service. Family owned and operated authentic Mexican food. Try their tamales and carne asada. Maria and her daughter were the nicest people. This was our first time and we'll definitely be back! They also sent breakfast!
