I don’t have an account here but I have some loved ones that do and I take them here all the time.

The security guards are friendly and helpful. The staff, the lady manager that I dealt with super nice.

The Financial advisor we worked with was great. The clerks were nice. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

Not having Santa Clause in the lobby for little children to enjoy around the holidays was sort of sad but, totally understandable, really though the main thing that I dislike about our local B.O.A. is the sign, it is a very badly damaged canvas banner type sign, the kind with peel-off stick on letters that is the cheapest way to go and usually is only used temporarily until a real sign can be put up, I'm so sorry, I just thought they would've replaced it by now it looks so pitiful blowing around when it's windy.

I've never had a bad experience there. I guess that's because I only do my personal banking there. We have direct deposit so that eliminates the line waiting. I try to avoid any banking on the First of the Month. If you don't know why I'm not going to try to explain it. If you go there more than once or twice the people will remember you. That's up to you.
