Bee Cave Soft Touch Dental

Recently changed dentists. Dr. Patel has been outstanding with administration of local anesthetic and even more outstanding with her ability to give a perfect bite when creating a crown. I’m 77 yrs old and never have I had a crown with a perfect bite first time around. The staff is fantastic. Most notably Selma: a hygienist extraordinaire. You’ll never forget your appointment here. The office staff is on top of everything. I’m glad I made the change.

Very clean and organized Dental Office. Conveniently located in H-E-B shopping center with ample parking. Welcoming and friendly staff. Just had my cleaning done today while listening to peaceful and calming music in the background. Dr.Patel is excellent and explains every step. Highly recommend this Dental office.

My whole experience from check in to finish was nothing but fantastic. The front desk staff were super kind, and helpful with my questions about my insurance. Dr. Patel and her assistant were amazing and had the best bed side manners, and were very thorough during my visit. I could not recommend Soft Touch enough! 10/10!

Doctor Patel is very nice, I’ve been in some dentists but Doctor Patel different from them, aside from excellent job, she also has heart to her patients. Even the staff are all nice, especially Asst. Selma she is very nice and very good. I 100 percent recommend this place.

I never write reviews but I needed to do so with Soft Touch Dental.

I've had a few bad experiences at a couple dentist offices in my past which has kept me from going to the dentist regularly. I explained to Dr. Patel what these situations were, and she told me she has experience with clients that have the same feelings about the dentist. I have a fear of needles and high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Patel was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable, and even over heard her telling her staff to let me relax after the novocaine and would give me rest breaks if I needed. Dr. Patel is very professional when dealing with clients like me. I like the fact that I asked for one procedure to be done before the other and she accommodated my request. I have been to some dentists where I ask similar requests and they are not discussed or met.

Everyone there is also so amazing. The receptionists are flawless and the dental techs are superb. I cannot remember everyone's name but every employee ive met is awesome!

I'm glad I found a new dentist that I can trust.

I thought we would never find as good a dentist like we had in San Diego. After moving to Bee cave, we started going to Soft Touch Dental. Well, I can tell you our search is over. Dr. Patel is awesome, and so is the office staff.

I had a wonderful, affordable experience. The Dental Office is efficient, warm, and calming. I’ve always heard that Root Canals were painful affairs but Dr. Patel and her team made mine a quiet, simple, and painless time. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Dr. Patel is amazing! I went in as a new patient and had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the entire crew including the front desk and dental assistant Selma. They were very warm and inviting and talked me through all the work we were doing so I understood and was comfortable. I have major anxiety and sensitive teeth but the Soft touch dental team always takes the time to rest my nerves and make sure I am comfortable with every step. We had a great experience with Dr. Patel and her staff. They truly care about the patient. They are very professional, have a great office, did a great job on both the root canals for my mom. Their rates are very competitive and they made my mom feel very comfortable during the procedure. They do their best to accommodate the schedule and ensure that the procedure is painless. I had a fracture in one of my teeth, which had already been treated with a tooth filling several years ago. Suddenly I had painful hypersensitivity and I could no longer chew. It was a tough and unplanned emergency situation.

I came here on the recommendation of a family member without having an appointment, and yet I was warmly welcomed and immediately made to feel extremely comfortable.

Dr. Nehal Patel performed a comprehensive examination of all of my teeth, including digital x-rays. My broken tooth was built up and prepared for a crown. After that, the impression for the crown was made. I received a provisional crown that worked very well. I was even happier when I got the permanent crown inserted. The quality is uniquely good, the color matching with the neighboring teeth is adorable and the insertion was very pleasant.

This practice deserves the best award for the excellent and highly professional competence. As a physician, I want to emphasize how well-organized everything was, with a wonderfully relaxing and soothing atmosphere. The dentist Dr. Nehal Patel and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful, really very competent. As the name suggests, I felt the "Soft Touch" not only on my teeth, but also on my soul.

Had a great experience getting crown work started with Dr. Patel. Although far from where I live, it's worth the trip. Staff is experienced and knowledgeable. Location is great in a strip mall off 71 west, there's an H.E.B. there as well!
