Caves Lounge

Work was rain-cancelled after we all drove to Arlington, so we decided to grab a beer. First stop was someplace loud and boujie. We hopped over to Caves. I’m in love!

Low-key, cool comfy chairs, red lights, broken tile and other neat decor. Ultimate dive bar. Jukebox. Normal, reasonable beer prices. Fun Halloween decor. Even the ceiling is decorated.

This would make a great movie set.

And I hear there is an outdoor area I missed! Omg, can’t wait to go back.

We’ll be back.

Dive bar at it's best. Low key casual... Great local beer selection, great prices. Thursday night is karaoke night, there were some talented singers the night we were there! Dog friendly. Patio outdoor space.

I really liked Caves. From the outside it didn't look like much, and it's got no curb appeal, but the decor inside is pretty nice. Feels cozy and at home. The patio out back is done up pretty nice too. Service was good and the locals were friendly. Drinks were fairly inexpensive. We went on a Tuesday, which is trivia night, and jumped in half way through the game. I guess the locals don't usually get rowdy over their drunk trivia so they seamed amused with us out of towners doing all the hooting and hollering. Thursday's they do karaoke and this place was poppin. The house was packed, and they had some serious talent up there singing. The DJ had plenty of really contemporary choices, which was cool. Love this place. Good times.

This was my first time coming to Caves and I am so glad I did! My favorite type of bars are just like Caves: dark, obscure decorative items, mood lighting, live music, and great drinks. I saw Abel Delilah there, a local band from Arlington, they were absolutely great with a funky vibe! If you love dive bars, make the trip out to Arlington!

Last night at emo night I had some drinks and water I never buy nothing from caves on Thursday night at karaoke night, but I was sitting behind my friends they were girls that they know me for a while now, I’m hurt and disappointed about getting banned and the doorman’s girlfriend saw me with the girl, I didn’t do nothing wrong and doorman walked up to her and pull her to the side and talked to her outside of cave’s Erik walked to me and tell me to get out your banned I didn’t do nothing wrong I was just have great time last night,Last night I was with my cuzzo and I was hanging with 2 girls they know me for a while and cause the doorman’s girl saw me sitting next to her then the bartender just banned me but I didn’t anything wrong them girls were my friends me and her stay in the same place, I love cave’s lounge karaoke night, emo night, y’all got the best in me y’all love me for who I am as a person and good people I need to stop make the guests for uncomfortable when they around me and make them like me again

Soooo, this place was definitely for the younger crowd. I totally didn't read the app from "Eventbrite". I got a couple of tickets for free, to come to Happy Hour Bingo. The ad stated there was going to be a dj and the happy hour drinks were from 7pm-9pm. So I googled the place and thought, okay...I'll go play bingo and have a couple of drinks. So I get there ready to get my bingo cards, ink bottles, etc....(bingo tools) I arrived at 7pm and it was not traditional bingo....it was MUSIC BINGO. So, I was a little disappointed...in myself for not reading the ad carefully.... I was ready to play traditional bingo. Anyhow, it turned out to be okay. I met the dj (dj cheap)...who was soooo friendly and nice. He was so patient and kind to have explained everything to me. This place is a cool little place for college kids to unwind and let loose. The bartender was nice ( josh..I think). I mentioned it was my first time there and he welcomed me and gave me a run down on the happy hour drinks. That part was great. There was a variety of drinks at really great prices. I had a beer-pint $4. The ambiance was nice outside. It was nice. I am 99.9% sure I won't be back. But I would definitely recommend it to the younger folks.

Had a lot of fun at this place live music good drinks with friends the bartenders were also super friendly making drinks they don’t normally make after hours so it was a nice change will definitely come back

This place is a bit ducked off but it is extraordinarily unique and I absolutely love it. They also have a very open and creative patio in the back that is perfect for a nice night out! :-)

Friendly bartenders, nice atmosphere and art inside the building. When I walked in there was a person singing on the stage inside. The cocktails were also a great price and came with a double shot. There is a lot of space outside to talk with friends.

I highly recommend Thursday night karaoke. It was a blast and one of the highlights of my beautiful time in the Dallas/Arlington area. It was a legendary night. God bless Caves Lounge!

I’d recommend leveling the property and developing some type of tie in system for the rail road tracks if you’re thinking about purchasing it

Best Drive Bar in town. Eclectic vibe and decor. Kind of like your high school art class projects on display. ❤ Great bartenders and drink prices. Variety of live music. But the real magic. The back patio. It's a familiar back yard lawn chair, fir pit situation. With weird metal art and vibes, good energy, and good music.

Caves is one of my favorite local dives. Thursdays is karaoke, and it's usually packed but a lot of fun. Reasonably priced drinks, unique laid-back atmosphere, and quick friendly bartenders, what more could you ask for. Oh yeah, and the patio is large and awesome 👌🏽

Caves Lounge is the epitome of a cool dive bar that I never tire of visiting. The atmosphere is laidback and chill, with a unique vibe that's all its own. The entertainment is always top-notch, with a variety of acts that keep things interesting. When I visited last, there was a fantastic jazz band that really set the mood and made for an unforgettable evening. The drinks are always great, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, Caves Lounge is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a fun and unique night out.

Super cute Dive Bar. Great atmosphere and wonderful service. I went here for a first date and found out very quickly this is THE SPOT!!

Crimson Skylines band rocked the house, headlining with two sets! Caves was a cool place and want to play there again soon!
