Medical City Arlington

I wanted to state how awesome this place was to me the last couple of days from the ER to a room stay for a few days. The nurses, techs, & staff were amazing!!! I was treated like a human-being with so much care and compassion. God bless you alls lives with much abundance! Continue to serve with purity in your hearts and God will bless you! Thank you it was greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend using this facility for your medical needs. I've had several procedures at this facility over the last year and I couldn't be happier. The staff was great and always available. They always went out of their way to make sure I was cared for and comfortable during my stay. The food was always hot, tasty and on time.

I have been to hospitals all over the world and this facility is number one, by far.

I cannot say enough good things about the hospital and staff! Everyone was so accommodating and made the time my mother spent there a great experience! Thank you to Dr Jani as well for his care and concern. The volunteers are incredible as well.

I have been to Medical City Arlington multiple times this year and every time they are so friendly, they genuinely listen to you, talk you through what the plan is for the day, and never make me feel like I’m exaggerating or over the top. That is so important to me and I find their staff to be very patient as well! If you want attentive care, do not hesitate to come here. 🩷 The only downside is that it gets swamped sometimes and there can be long wait times for results. But that’s to be expected from a hospital.

I start a heavy pain during my shift in my job, and when I arrived to medical city alliance they make me feel safe and care. Wonderful people, very kind take my health very seriously. They transfer me in ambulance to medical city Arlington and the care no change. All Doctors, nurses, all personnel I pray God to blessing your life like you all bless mine. Thank you.

Highly recommend to anyone in the Arlington / Grand Prairie. Took my son to the ER last night and didn't have to wait long but most of all the staff was great, every single one of them. From the nurse to the doctor to the registrar to the CT technician. They all took great care of my son who was in terrible pain and that I appreciate so much! THANK YOU!

I called to schedule my annual women’s check and Candace was so wonderful. She was so friendly and nice. It is such a pleasure when calling to get assistance and you have a person on the other end as kind as Candace. She was patient with me while I looked at my calendar for me to see what day worked best for me. I appreciate her! Keep smiling!

I've never been hospitalized for an extended period in my adult life. It was a scary and overwhelming experience. My care team was absolutely fantastic. Thank you to Melanie, Dee, Tasha, Dana, Imma, Caren, Kaitlyn, and Kim the Trauma Queen! I feel bad because I'm groggy and those are the only names I can remember. Every single one of yall took time to help me and care for me in ways I didn't even know I needed. Yall didn't just help me physically, yall all cared for me. Yall are heros and thank yall for saving my life and keeping me sane and calm during one of the scariest times of my life. I am forever grateful to yall for your care and your kindness.

Had the misfortune to catch pneumonia and ended up spending 8 days in this resort complete with room service and all the antibiotics I could ever want. They did save my life but if I ever see them again, it will be too soon.

Life can always come around full circle and be a blessing and humbling , I'm a current employee at Medical City of Arlington but became a patient here recently and when I say the care and professionalism was awesome from the ED admission all the way to my room On 4 north. Doctor Satani was my admitting doctor and his compassionate care and excellent experience and knowledge was just what the doctor ordered he listened and did what was best for me and my care and got me well in no time I’m blessed to have had him as a doctor and this was not his only time being a blessing to me he has been my mothers doctor several times and when I say the best care and experience and so educated and care about your safety and wellbeing each time and he never seems to surprise us we always know we are in great hands with him and the staff, for that me and my family will forever be humbly grateful and thankful. I would I like to also thank my night nurse Mrs. Shelia Mixon she was awesome sweet , kind , professional , just full circle awesome she is the definition of what the word NURSE means and that’s the best feeling to have when your sick and away from your kids and family she made me feel safe and like my care was top priority so too her a great big thank you and wishes of many blessings for her. This has been my mothers first time at this hospital and it has been the best hospital experience we have ever had! From the ER! To the ICU every single young person we came in contact was full of love, attentiveness and care. They all have such an angelic presence to them. I remember their names here goes in the ER: Darci, Zack, Keeven (sorry if spelled wrong), ICU EVERYONE BUT THESE ARE THE ONES I ENCOUNTERED IRVING ❤❤ , JACLYN, MARICELA, LAUREN, TCU student Katelyn I believe And my mom loved JOSH as well . All the DRs DR Santani and the podiatrist didn’t catch his name everyone has been absolutely TOP TIER. I’ve never left a review on a hospital before but my God . God bless each of you

Every step of the way the staff surpassed my expectations. The ER staff, the surgeon and his team, the surgical team all top notch. The nurses and techs on the 2nd floor were so attentive and compassionate. I wound up having my birthday in the hospital and a very special nurse (Lauren) decorated my room with a banner, balloons and a little gift bag! Definitely made my day. Shout out to nutritional and housekeeping staff. They were all very friendly and did a great job! Kudos to everyone who helped me.

Wonderful place with amazing employees... walked in, absolutely no wait. I was asked about my medical problem, then my height,weight and blood pressure was taken. Within a couple of minutes I was in the back. They have a tablet in the room where you'll type in your information insurance, address, etc...Within an hour I had a x-ray and a detailed conversation with Dr. Sara about my foot. Nurse Isabel was awesome she wrapped my ankle while explaining to me how I should do it in the future. Everyone I encounter was super friendly. My new go to place. Never been to an hospital that doesn't keep you there at least a few hours.

Dr. Rob Weaver is absolutely one of the BEST Anesthesiologist at Medical City Arlington that I have ever encountered! If you need an epidural please request Dr. ROB WEAVER!! He is extremely compassionate, direct and gentle to the touch. You want be disappointed! 🩷💙

Betty drove us to the emergency entrance while it was cold and rainy. She was super sweet and made the day better. Thank you to the valet for working hard in the cold weather!

I can't begin to tell you how amazing charge nurse Linda Walker is. She always had a smile, a great conversation, and her care was exceptional. She was exactly what I needed during my time there. I never felt embarrassed with her help and she made sure I was never in pain so that I could do all the things needed to be released. She had a caring calmness about her. I instantly felt comfortable. Every nurse can learn from her. I will never ever forget her.

Medical City Arlington has been such a blessing to my family and I. We just had our daughter there and it was as my wife put it, “The greatest experience I have had delivering a baby!” This is our 5th child and again we have been so blessed by the LORD to meet everyone here and to deliver our child. May the LORD Jesus Christ bless this place 1,000,000 fold.

The ICU staff here is the best BAR NONE. My loved one has been at several hospitals in the last several years and all the nurses here were super professional and experienced. Never made faces or rude comments when called (which I've experienced EVERY single time at other hospitals in the area). They constantly kept the family informed. The entire care team worked cohesively: doctors, therapists, RNs.
Wish the parking situation was better, though. Try to avoid the crazy drivers on the ER side of the hospital. Better to park on the side closest to Matlock and the professional offices, if you can.

Went there due to me being pregnant and was experiencing very bad cramps . After I receive my diagnosis ,they prescribed me medsZ I went to picked up my medication and was told that the medication they prescribed me for pain ( naproxen ) could have harmed my baby . Why would the er prescribe me medication knowing I’m pregnant . I’m glad a nice pharmacist paid attention other wise idk where I would be .

EDIT : ny birthing experience was WAY better . The nurses CARE , the surgical team care ! I would 10000000% give birth here again . Because if the woman’s center I changed my review .

I don't wish to show up at the er. But I get anxiety when my phone won't charge around certain people using TMobile. I use assurance and I really appreciated you guys care today.
