Oak Street Health North Side Primary Care Clinic

First, Dave, my driver was on time and very nice. The clinic was surprisingly like the TV co.mercial which was very inviting. Sooo clean beautiful areas. All the nurses and receptionists were adorable to me. I rate. You at least a 10. Glad to be a part of

From the very beginning, the driver, David was very kind and introduced himself to me, he helped me in and out of the van. Once I went in the next person I saw was very kind. The front desk receptionist was helpful and very kind. The facility was very clean and smelled good! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I felt good about this experience!

Very thorough, took time with me and very professional. Very nice staff and no waiting. I was seen right away. Feel very comfortable and in good hands with this clinic and my new primary care provider.

Dr Jennifer Titan always takes good care of me she is so sweet I hope she doesn't ever have to leave her in entire staff are very nice and caring .God bless you all 😊♥

My experience is always great from the driver thats picks me up and drops me off to the tech that takes my vitals and my doctor Tran who works with me to get my sugar under control. I look forward to my next appointment. I told my wife to transfer to Oakstreet in the New Year.

Oak st is wonderful ! Dr Tuck is amazing.Very kind and knew all about my medical history ! Explained everything to me,made me feel he really cares! Love Dr Tuck !!!!!!

I was looking for someone to take care of my needs. My last Dr. Wasn't taking my insurance any more. And it took me awhile to find Oak St. Health. I had my first appointment and I was so happy with the service. I Felt that I found a place that would take care of me. Thank you all so much. 😍👍🏽

I felt very at ease there. Your staff was also very nice to me. I like the Dr I have and he is very pleasant and he listened to what I had to say.

Everything runs very smoothly. Norma attentively listened to all of my issues and concerns. She explained things clearly and concisely. I like that someone else is quietly taking notes so the doctor can focus on the conversation. I left the clinic feeling very good and that I had been listened to. The entire staff is well trained in geriatrics which is a science by itself.

the Doctor, who was very thorough, very kind. The facility is beautiful, clean, colorful, does not seem like a clinic at all. This being our 1st visit, my Mom and I were well pleased!!

Wow! The facility was neat, clean and full of staff that just want to help.. in ALL capacities.
I expected a 5 minute talk with a doctor, but what I received was over the TOP.

Dr. Trinh is by far one of the most caring and attentive doctor that I have ever encountered. She listened and asked all the right questions. I was extremely impressed!

The facility is new and fresh staffed with courteous competent people. I met Dr Trinh and her assistant, sorry I forgot his name, who covered all the bases and asked if I had any questions. Their follow up was done as they said it would be. I feel confident in the care provided by Oak Street Health staff.

These people really took the time to listen and explain things. This place is a blessing for all who go there. Sure made my Dr. experience 100% less stressful.

Just had my COVID shot at this clinic. Everyone was super friendly. The staff made sure I was well informed by each step. They explained to me of possible side effects, and waited with me after my shot for 15-20mins to ensure I had no reactions. The female nurse that administered my shot, kept me occupied with conversation whilst getting the shot so I wouldn't flinch. I hate needles!
I am definitely going back to this clinic for any further medical needs.
