He did a great job fixing what we requested and helped us with a few other things we didn’t originally anticipate. He was more than helpful, friendly, and explained what he was doing. He’s great! Would highly recommend to a friend or family member!

Me and my fiancé just rented a home thru H3. The experience has been very pleasant, we dealt with Candace and she was very professional, informative and kind. When renting it’s always hectic especially in this market but H3 (Candace) made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

The landlord Dillon Legacy of which I have been a tenant for over 5 years is now being managed by H3 Capital. My Daughter and I have been tenants for over 5 years and have been very happy with the responses to any of our concerns which have been very few, H3 Capital recently took over managing and their professionalism and quick response to maintenance issues has been top notch and haven't let us down. We recently received a brand new stove and we are very happy. We plan to remain loyal tenants for years to come.

H3 Capital was great from start to finish of the cycle. I worked with Kandis for the majority of the move in process, from viewing the house to getting the key and she was amazing. Anytime I called into the office with any questions or issues they responded right away. Everyone has been really nice and helpful

I have rented this house for almost 15 years from the owner, a great,great guy. I guess H3 has been managing the house for about a year and I have to say they are GREAT. I have had a couple issues and they have taken care of the problem very fast. It has been nothing but a great experience dealing with H3.

Awesome staff that went above and beyond in my opinion when it came to the entire process from start to finish. I've dealt with a few different property management places in my years of renting and never have they ever made me feel like family like this company has. First rate management company! We had a water pipe burst on Christmas night and they were available to take our emergency call. They coordinated four contractors (plumber, electrician, HVAC, and restoration) that arrived in less than 48 hours. All the contractors were consummate professionals and explained the situation while fixing the problems. Incredible service considering that they were dealing with 20 other customers who had experienced a similar problem. Thanks H3!

Kandis was our leasing agent and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had working with her! I am new to renting and I had a lot of questions about the process. She was very patient and kindly took the time to explain the answers to all of my questions. Kandis had everything so organized, it made my moving day a breeze. I asked to get my bathtub faucet to stop dripping and less than 24 hours later they had it repaired! Very nice and polite repairman and speedy service response is pure awesomeness!
