Nice staff. Good for power tools, electrical, and landscaping

Fair prices, well stocked, and the people know a lot about home improvement. They are very helpful and friendly.

We went to Home Depot tonight to look at the price of shingles and hopefully get some information & help on what supplies we needed to buy to do our roof. We asked for help three times and waited maybe about 15 minutes but no one was available to help us. Unfortunately we had to leave without getting information. However here are some pictures of the visit and looks like they've got their Halloween stuff out which was pretty cool!

I like home Depot. It is close to my home with an indoor lumber yard which is nice and I like the Ryobi tools along with Milwaukee that they sell

Wow the service here is incredible. I lost count of how many people asked if they could help us. They only had 3 of something we wanted on a shelf the computer said they had alot more way up on a shelve. They closed down 2 isles very safely conscious and fork lifted a pallet down. Sadly the item had same number but was not the same thing. We still purchased some good deals but through no fault of trying did we get the others. Outstanding customer service.

The staff is very personable and helpful here! Dwayne at the paint counter was so helpful and very nice. He got me set up with everything I needed and answered all my questions knowledgeably. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and ready to assist. I don’t often get that at big hardware stores so I was very impressed! I will definitely be returning to this Home Depot.

Associates are very helpful at Home Depot. They have workers who know their trade.

I shop at Home Depot often and appreciate that they have handicap carts available. Staff are very helpful and often offer suggestions. They also are good with returns when necessary. Friendly staff for sure. Thanks

The store associate I bought my countertops from in the Peoria Home Depot, Jim B., was excellent to work with. He is a professional who knows what he is doing. It was because of him we chose Home Depot over 2 other competitors.

I was so lucky to find Fernlea Mosquitaway plants here. These are plants are really rare and I'm so happy I was able to find one here! These things keep blooming and blooming and keep the mosquitoes at bay.

Well-stocked, clean and helpful staff. The store is well laid-out and organized. I interacted with a couple of employees there, they led me to exactly where I needed to go with no hesitation. Really a great selection of everything you might need.

Great prices on appliances. I love to shop here.

The manager of the store is top notch. We had to return a couple of pop up tents, which were in shambles in the back of my truck. He gave us a full refund and wished me and my new bride a very happy life. I shop there because of the service before and after the sale.

Shout of to Dez! She was so helpful with finding out about a return for a front door I bought online. She took time to figure out everything I needed to know and called me back just as she said she would. Thank you Dez!

Stephanie waited on me a few days ago. She went above and beyond for me looking for an item. When she realized the Peoria store didn’t have the item, she drove to Bloomington to get it and had it waiting at the front desk for me in Peoria. Best customer service I’ve ever had!

Leann is a star. Sometimes when you buy things from a store, things go wrong with the product and/or delivery. Stores can't help that it's just life. I bought appliances, and some rare and unusual things nothing to do with Home Depot went wrong. But in the end, Leann stayed on this issue and everything worked out and I'm very pleased. I continue to shop here. This place has employees that care and will help you out. 5 stars!

It's one of my favorite stores!

We like the small town feel. You can find someone that works there AND they stick around to help with questions. Always seem to be friendly and helpful. Great selection of products in stock. They are a fairly priced placewith lots of products in house to shop.

The staff here are amazing. I was at Home Depot earlier today; going in I had no idea what I needed to get for my “project”. I asked the staff for some ideas on how to make a dance floor and what I would need. The staff, one in particular, were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was such a quick and easy process. The dance floor turned out incredible. Very satisfied with the service that was provided!

Nice store. Good selections. Especially in tools. No military /veterans discount. Come on home Depot step it up. Lowe's has veteran parking and 10% veteran discount.
9 times out of 10 I'm going to Lowe's. They think enough of veterans to honor them with parking spots and a discount , that earns my business.(update) Home depot has veteran parking spots ! Thanks for that !! I really appreciate it.
