Great customer service. I was greeted by three different staff when I walked in. Patrick Eisner was the gentleman who was assisting me with a boot purchase. I had asked for a few different selections and unfortunately none were available in my size. However, he did bring me some that were very close to what I was interested in and made sure the fit was good. He was very professional and he made the sale and I ended up with a great pair of crocodile boots. Hats off to Patrick!! Thank you!!

Lucchese Bootmaker is a high-end retailer of fine Western style boots, clothes, leather goods and accessories located on East Exchange Avenue in the Stockyards of Fort Worth.

Known for their top quality boots, they also offer western apparel, dress shoes, loafers, bags, belts, wallets, leather care and everything cowboy. We went in on Sunday to purchase a pair of boots for my husband and we worked with the assistant manager - Charlotte Olhausen. Although they didn’t have the color and size combination of the boot that my husband wanted, she was very accommodating to size him by using a different colored version of the same boot, then special ordered the actual size and color he wanted. She was also gracious to have them shipped two day air to our home so we didn’t have to make another trip out there to pick them up. First class service and quality boots! If you’re looking for anything, ask for Charlotte - she has our highest recommendation!

Was astounded by the collection and quality of boots Lucchese had in stock. Was able to try on quite a bit of different styles of boots and ended up getting the Randall Ostrich boots. They were running a special that if you bought boots in store, then you would get a free belt with purchase ($500 worth). They did not have the particular boots in stock, but the associate was able to order them from another store and sent to my house within days. The boots are 100% hand made in Texas and i would strongly urge you to check Lucchese out of you are in the market for new boots.

My son and I bought Lucchese boots! The salesperson, JoJo was excellent. My son also bought a belt and a boot bag. Everything exquisite! Such an experience!!!

Justin Powell was an amazing help. He helped me find a pair of boots that I love after the ones I wanted were out of stock in my size. Had the boots shipped to me back in Ga right away. Great experience all around!

A well known brand that still makes a very high quality product. Unfortunately some of the items offered are not made in the U.S. but appear to maintain the same quality standards. This store is run very well and every employee was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Known for their boots, they also offer specialty belts, cowboy hats, leather luggage, scarves, etc. More costly than some but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this store!

I read a travel blog for the Fort Worth Stockyards and visiting the Lucchese Bootmaker store in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards was on the MUST DO list. Stopped in this past week with my friends and definitely had a great experience. Bought a pair of Lucchese boots as souvenir since they are made in Texas-and because our salesman Justin was a true Texas cowboy.

Our saleswoman Kolby was amazing. I came into the shop today to purchase a hat, and because they were out of my size, she directed me to two different stores that had quality hats. I did find the hat I wanted. Not only that, Kolby found me some high quality boots for my wife and myself, and a gator belt. Service was kind, efficient, and generous. I will be coming back for those ostrich ones!!! Thank y'all so much!!

The best place to buy boots in Texas! I came to Texas to visit my family this weekend and I LOVED IT, I walked in and immediately got overwhelmed with all the styles of boots but Aaliyah came right up and helped! I ended up getting a brown Priscilla and I’m so happy with my new boots and the customer service I got while in the store from not only Aaliyah but everyone else. Definitely coming back the next time I’m in Texas!

Lauren stepped up! I visited the Fort Worth Stockyards and stepped inside the Lucchese Store to be amazed by the customer service.

I mentioned that I had recently purchased a pair but was disappointed that the stitching was coming apart. She quickly replied, we standby our boots. Let me see them. I went to the hotel and returned with them.

She said no worries. We will take care of this for you. She shipped them off to get repaired, and today my boots arrived at my office. Lauren and the Lucchese team do it right and they standby their handmade Texas craftsmanship.

We recently visited the Stockyards in Ft. Worth. Lucchese is a must visit and be prepared to be wowed by some great boots and a team of great folks! Maribeth assisted us with a few great purchases including some blue suede boots, a caiman notepad and we were able to find my wife’s first tall boot. They went above and beyond by stretching the boot, packaging some other items with the boots and shipping to our home! Love the store and will be back soon!

I called late on a Sunday to find a pair of boots that wasn't on their website. After several attempts to call local Houston location I finally spoke to someone and she took my number down, but never called back. I reached out to this location and spoke to Aaliyah A. She immediately jumped on this and after several phone calls and me asking tons of questions she got me the right size and exact boot from the factory. Lucchese is a superior boot manufacturer, but Aaliyah A. is an employee that goes above and beyond a customer's expectations. With all the boot companies we have to choose from Aaliyah A. si the reason I will continue to buy Lucchese!

Awesome store with a great selection! Went in because I purchased a pair of boots online and they fit too snug. Staff was great and Ray went above and beyond to help figure out a way to get me a pair that fit without the hassle of me having to ship them back and wait. I will definitely be back for another pair of Lucchese Boots!!

This store was hardly opening its doors for the first time and I barged in while I was in a bit of a ~mood~ as I had forgotten to get my husband a gift for our anniversary. Dinner was in just a few hours! The staff went above and beyond to help me get a gift, wrapped it up nicely, and got me out the door in just a few minutes. It's like they had been operating this location for years. Additionally, the store itself is adorable. Fort Worth flair done tastefully!

They were great. I came in looking for a very specific boot. They unfortunately do not keep the particular boot I was looking for in-stock, it was going to be a special order. I was disappointed in that because I was hoping to take me new boots home. The two people helping me took the time to find and recommend a boot they thought I would like. I was really impressed with their service and their ability to turn a disappointment into a great experience. The boot they picked out have easily become one of favorite pairs.

I was lucky enough to find Robin through Lucchese's virtual shopper app last year and that is the only way I buy my Lucchese products anymore. She knows what my preferences are and always let's me know when an item is in stock that I would like. She has even tracked down a boot at other stores that the online site shows as out of stock. Her fulfillment of orders is immediate and she texts me a tracking number. Plus she is ALWAYS extremely pleasant and professional when I call to inquire about a product. She should be the face of Lucchese!
