I just went in for a diagnosis. Dr Carroll diagnosed and was able to perform the procedure, so I did not have to make a return visit. He was so pleasant and informative. The staff was very nice. A very relaxed atmosphere to make a visit to the dentist much easier for a nervous patient. Just how often have you heard your Dr singing and humming as he performs the procedure? 😊

Dr Lee Carroll spent quite a bit of time with me trying to figure out which tooth was hurting. He’s done several root canal’s on my teeth through the years. He’s very knowledgeable at giving medication to deaden the nerves. He gives the medication time to deaden the nerves. The actual procedure doesn’t take long. It depends on the number of roots the tooth has, of course. If you have to have a root canal done, he’s a good one to do it. I like the staff, they’re very knowledgeable, with state of the art equipment. The waiting room is cold, so if you’re cold blooded wear a jacket. While you’re waiting for the doctor in an exam room, you can use the restroom. When you get old and long of tooth, both root canals and restrooms are necessary. I wish they could restore my youth, but they can help me weather old age.

Dr. Carroll and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and sympathetic, to say the least. Getting a root canal or dental implants are not at the top of my desired activities but have been necessary for me after a long history of dental issues since childhood. Going to the dentist makes me anxious and truthfully terrifies me. Every time I’ve walked into Dr. Carroll’s office, I’ve been greeted with a smile and treated as if they were working on their own family. I’ve had tears wiped during procedures, a simple touch on the arm acknowledging my uneasiness, and a listening ear with answers regarding my treatment plan. I am sincerely grateful to be seen by Dr. Carroll and his staff.

Dr. Chaze and Alicia is amazing team! I really appreciate what they did for me! They took really care of me and I love Doctors that’s honest about everything! They make you feel like family instead of customer which helps me be relaxed in the chair! Love them

Dr.Carl was very honest and professional. The atmosphere was so soothing and my visit with him is one I would recommend. He was done before I knew it, what he said is what he did. His staff is awesome as well, and I will never forget my dear Morgan who coached my nervous anxiety away. She stood right my side and reassured me that everything was going to be okay! And my experience was just that….

One of the best dental experiences I've had in a long time. Dr. Carroll was extremely nice and very professional. I waited for pain that did not happen. I'm extremely thankful. The entire staff was courteous and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Lee Van Carroll is the best at what he does. The staff and he communicate well and made me feel comfortable in a situation including myself would be nervous. I had a teeth extracted and an implant in the same day. Of course it wasn’t the same teeth. He extracted 15 and did an implant in 14. He even did a mini class on the procedure. 😂 I even had the staff to call to my next appointment to let them know I was running late. I want to think I was special but I got a feeling they treat all their clients the same.

I got my one and only root canal (so far) here last week. Of course, I was terrified, but, just wanted to get it over with. The Endodontist (Dr Carroll) was so friendly and professional. You can tell he is a “people” person. He talks to his patients like they’re old friends and before you know it, your procedure is over and you’re walking out the door! The whole staff there is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this office 100%

Dr. Carroll and his staff were welcoming and very professional. I went in for a consultation and was able to have the procedure done in the same day. Hopefully I won’t need dental work done again, but if I do, I will return.

Dr. Ainsworth and the staff were very welcoming, transparent, and patient. I initially came for a root canal, but after a thorough examination and the doctor's honest advice, I decided to have the tooth extracted. I am content with this decision and appreciate their explanation of my options.

Friendly professional staff. Dr. Carroll performed the easiest root canal I have ever experienced and I have had several. Everyone is friendly and make you feel like a friend. Recommend highly!

After having a freak accident over a weekend, I was beside myself! I showed up at Dr. Carroll’s door first thing on a Monday morning and he and his staff greeted me with compassion and the best care. I just thought it was because I was from Geneva, but I witnessed him treating all patients the same. Dr. Carroll set me up on a treatment plan to save a front tooth and I am forever grateful.

Everyone was absolutely incredible! The office is very clean and comfortable. Most importantly the doctor did an incredible job on my teeth! I had a root canal done and he did an incredible job!

The staff at DEA were not only very professional but also friendly, accommodating and even sometimes funny. I really liked Dr. Carroll and how he explained what he would be doing then showing me what he had done on an X-ray. I've always dreaded having a root canal if I ever needed one but this was a breeze. Never any unbearable pain....yes the dental shots were a little painful but nothing like I was expecting. Dr. Caroll was friendly and so gentle. I was so nervous about the process, this having been my first root canal and all. He came in to reassure me of his confidence in being able to quickly handle the situation and he did just that. Hopefully this is the last of this type care, but if I have to do it again, he’d be where I return to for top notch service!

Good folks they squeezed me in on a days notice, met me at 7AM ready to roll. Dr was determined to make it right and he did after two hours of some of some of the most intense work that I have ever witnessed. His assistant wore me out just watching her hand him tools. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
