Our delivery was very late in the day and the gentlemen delivering were still very courteous and thorough setting up our appliances. Very happy.

I’ve been going to Sherman’s over the years since 2011 from the original store when I’ve bought three LG TVs and they still work they are nice. They are courteous. Customer service is their main goal and this recliner will be a nice addition to our lifestyle. I appreciate everyone there and the person that helped me today thanks again, his name was Noah at the Peoria store clearance center and he deserves a raise even higher than the CEO of the company

Antonio was very helpful and patient with all the questions my daughter and I each had about washers we were both looking to buy. I was very pleased to find a washer that I could afford with features I could use. And cheaper than anywhere I researched. So far I'm very satisfied.

Cody was very helpful in helping me choose a new washing machine. I also purchased a mattress and he was very knowledgeable about both products. Professional, friendly, respectful…hard to find these days.

Salesperson, JaQuay Jackson was extremely nice and helpful, in helping me find the perfect recliner for my needs. He went above and beyond, while being very patient and answering all of my many questions.

Jaquan was very helpful. I was looking for a washer. He explained the colored tags and listened to what my preference was. He made it quick and easy to make my final choice and answered all my questions.

I was there to find some “one of” dinning chairs. I purchased 2. They were busy but 3 people acknowledged me and I was checked out and on my way in a very short time. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The crew were friendly and attractive. The product selection and pricing was great, (at least on the microwaves). I felt the prices on dishwasher and refrigerators were too high. And the customer service center staff were prompt, friendly and helpful.

Went to the store to find a lift recliner for my husband who is about to have surgery and needed a new chair. Had a great salesman and delivery was "tomorrow".

I came in and purchased a dryer.
JaQuay was very helpful and could not have been more friendly. He answered a couple of questions and set up delivery tomorrow.
This young man got me out of there in was explained the dryers.
