Sherman's

Just made my second purchase from Sherman’s since moving to Peoria last September. First a mattress now a dishwasher. Overall great experience. Josh was super helpful and informative.

When our old dishwasher broke and we needed to act fast—Sherman’s was the first name that came to mind. They had the dishwasher we wanted in stock and to be delivered within three days. Definitely will do business with them again.

No pressure sales people, but very friendly and informative. Thankfully we found the washer and dryer we wanted as soon as we walked in. We were able to get in and out very quickly. Everything will be delivered and installed (washer and gas dryer) the next day (Sunday). Sherman's has always been my first stop when shopping for appliances.

Sherman’s once again was a great store to work with in the purchase of our new living room chairs and we really appreciate the quality of the England brand furniture! AND that it’s American made!

Salesman attended to us quickly. After discovering our needs/wants, he showed us a stove with more features & less money than one we had almost decided on. Nice to have a wheel to spin for monetary discount. A military discount was also much appreciated. Every thing was handled quickly & efficiently.

Lee is a very good salesman. He answered all of our questions and was generally very helpful. This is my second purchase from Sherman's and I am happy with both purchases. The extended warranty on their items is a good deal too. The delivery people are hard working and have positive friendly attitudes. I would recommend Sherman's to anyone.

I had a fabulous experience working with Michelle who set us up with the Sherman’s Preferred Builder Program when I purchased the appliances for our new home build. Her customer service was top notch and her knowledge of the appliances was a plus when helping me decide between multiple products. She listened to what I wanted and what appliances would best suit my needs and did a wonderful job getting me what I wanted while keeping me at the budget I needed to stay within!

They gave us the best price and great service. We have bought appliances from Lee over the past decade and he has always taken care of us. He matched the sale prices from other stores and generated quote options to fit our needs. He even threw in a tumbler. Haven't tried it yet but I’m told it’s better than a Yeti.
Randy helped us with the love seat and chair and made sure we had the right sales price.
We have always had a great experience dealing with Sherman’s and as icing on the cake, they send you a Christmas Card every year.

I had previously looked at dishwashers but my sales person was not working when I returned on a different day. Another sales person offered to help and I made my purchase and was out the door in 15 minutes or less with free delivery set up when I needed it to be. I had checked out dishwashers at another business & ended up with one from Sherman’s that was a slightly better model for $11 more. Fast, good service.

After picking out a new one. My husband asked the salesperson, Adam how long we had the original which was 6 years. My husband wanted a tech to look at it. He thought it was just a heating element. The salesman was so gracious and told my husband absolutely instead of pressure us to buy the new one. We appreciated his understanding. Long story short, it wasn't worth fixing and we returned to Sherman's and purchased my new dishwasher from Adam.

We worked with Adam and had a great experience. They didn't have the model of refrigerator we were looking for but he was able to order it for us at great price. We would shop with them again.

Had a great experience at Sherman’s today. I was greeted when I come through the door and that made me feel welcomed. I was introduced to Roger Bauer. Very nice individual and very professional. I express my needs for a new refrigerator and made my purchase. I am a returning customer cause of the great service that Shermans provides.

After I walked into the store I looked around and no one came to help me. So I found the washers and looked at the descriptions for several of them and decided I needed help. I walked back where I thought salespeople were located and out popped Morgan from the side. She asked me if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for and then she asked me several questions about what type of machine I had and what I wanted in a new machine. She told me about each machine-the pros and cons and showed me videos of features of some of the machines. It’s been about 14 years or more since I had to shop for a new washing machine and there have been a lot of improvements and changes. I picked out a middle range model and she gave me a print out of that model with the charges for delivery and extended warranty and hoses and tax and it also had information about it. She gave me a folder with the print out so I could read all about it that night. The next day I went back and she finalized the purchase and set up delivery and set up for the very next day. She was very accommodating and very good at helping me . She wasn’t pushy but she was always smiling and made helpful suggestions . I had a very pleasant experience.

The appliance specialist, Lee, Is truly an asset to your company. Very personable and friendly and very knowledgeable. Set us up with What we were looking for And made the experience a pleasurable one.

Bought a new Fridge from Adam Presley @ the Peoria store. He did a good job, friendly, knowledgeable & not pushy. The transaction went smoothly. The delivery was good too. Great install delivery staff. I recommend this Company for all your appliance needs.

We went looking for a specific sized sectional, which we found. Jesse helped us a lot. We went to pick out materials for the sectional and pillows and again Jesse was a great help. We found everything we wanted at a wonderful price. Jesse explained all the ins and out of delivery, pricing, timing and warranty. He wasn't high pressure but he was available if we had questions. I walked in with an idea of the most I wanted to spend and actually received more for my money and for less than my ceiling price! I continue to be a very satisfied customer ever since we bought our first item from Jack and Sharon. That was early on back when they first opened down there off of Sheridan Road!

I needed a new refrigerator and since Sherman’s had the lowest prices after comparing models online I decided to get one from there. My sales lady Morgan was great. They let you look around without feeling like you’re being pressured but there if you have any questions.
