Minute Key

I purchased two keys at a self-serve kiost and both worked perfectly. There are a lot of options which can be a tad frustrating but overall I am pleased with the experience. A woman in front of me complained that she didn't get a receipt but the offer is there, you just have to pay attention to the options. A helpful feature would be for the kiosk software to ask if you want to purchase another style key after the the first key is made. If you want a another key for a different lock you have to exit the program and start over again.

Minute key kiosks are great! I have used the liosk at my local Lowe's several times. It is quick and convenient. Great experience.

I loved the selection of keys and that fact that I didn't have to wait in line to pay. There was even options to pay cash (exact bills only) so I didn't have to worry about swiping a credit card. And the keys work great!

This was so convenient and simple to use ....Awesome ...I'll use it again!
