The cashier was very courteous and greeted me upon my arrival. My food was hot and fresh. The line moved along pretty fast. Overall, they're doing a good job.

Stood in line for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged until I asked for the manager but the food was good

Fresh soft bread and crisp lettuce mayo was not under or over done . Quick and courteous service

This Jack's location was very good several years ago, but has unfortunately gone downhill over the last couple of years. The quality of food and service has diminished. It's sad because they used to be one of our top places to eat in Clanton.

The food is good and they have a few deals available. The service was decent and friendly. Their iced coffee is always good and the fried chicken was fresh as well as the biscuits. I had an overall good experience with jacks today even though it was busy.

Delicious food. Great menu with lots of classic options. Jacks Hamburgers is one our go to favorites for an easy meal that pleases the parents and kids.

Delicious salad with grilled chicken consumed while being warmed by a nice fireplace made this a lovely winter fast food dining experience.

We eat at this Jacks literally 5+ Times per week. Mostly for breakfast. Their breakfast food and AM STAFF are awesome! Almost every morning the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building yet I’ve never had a long wait. They always get my order right & are so nice.

The only not so great thing about this Jack’s is the evening staff isn’t as fast, friendly & they don’t get your order right 100% or the time.

I love Jack's. Consistently good food at each location I've visited. The milkshakes are so wonderful. Some how they manage to get them to the perfect consistency every time. They are not so thick you have to wait on them to melt a little before you can get them up the straw but they also are not too soft and "melty". Rocky Mountain Fudge and Sea salt & caramel cheesecake are my favorites.

The food is always great, the staff is courteous and they are always fast.

Yummy affordable food! Great place to get traditional food that you could find 50 years ago! Burgers, chicken, ice cream, milk shakes, fries! Quick service but drive thru line is long in the mornings because of the great breakfast options!

Delicious food, friendly service, clean facilities. I ordered the deluxe breakfast with bacon, husband ordered the same but chose chicken as his meat. Both of us were very satisfied!
