Yup, I'm still with Bodyworks. What started off as the idea of "I'm just gonna join to kick start my fitness plan" ended up as a permanent commitment. Malcolm is great and always pushing us in new ways. I love the group. Mostly women but we have a few guys sprinkled in the group too. Everyone has been very committed and it has been really cool to see my new gym friends transform their bodies! It is a super hard workout but with the music blasting and camaraderie of the group, it goes by really fast! I'm really grateful to have met Malcolm and his fitness program!

Malcolm is absolutely amazing the fitness and nutrition info that he teaches is life changing. Malcolm and his program saved my life absolutely awesome and reasonable priced.
