Westgate Memorial Park

We had fun. The park was very clean and comfortable. There are fans in the pavilion so if we got hot we could turn them on and plenty of trash cans. There is also a place for you to put the coals from your grill if you decide to use a grill. They don't have a grill but you can use your own. Please go and have fun.

Westgate Memorial Park has so much going for it. Nice walking trails, soccer fields, ball fields, a very nice fenced-in playground as well as Water World that only costs us old timers $2.00 for admission. They have a library on the premises also.

Great place for exercise and a picnic lunch.. Safe for all ages..🤗

This is a great place to bring small kids. Beat age range would be 18months to 10. It has a smaller area for the younger kids and a sand pit. My friends 19month old loves it here!!!!

Awesome place to run! Dedicated walking trail that is firm mud/stone with some sand in parts. Lots of foot traffic which makes it feel safer than some more secluded parks in the area for solo runners. Mostly shaded but only a few steps away from parking lots and sports fields so I feel safe in the 'woods.'

This park is great. Fenced in, which is really nice. My husband and I took our 2 year old nephew and there is plenty of room to go with him and lots of activities. Great little find!

Fantastic place to go and run, walk, or just let the kids play. Have enjoyed many a good family time here! The fields are also a great place for Frisbee or soccer outings!!

Really great playground for kids. Lots of things to do and well-maintained. There's a restroom included within the park's gate area. They lock the gate at night which makes sense. Hopefully that doesn't prevent too many people from enjoying it.

I really like this park. I enjoy running the 3mile loop trail and walking my pup on various locations around the park. It has a therapy pool, swimming pool, tennis courts, special needs ball park, softball, baseball, football and soccer fields not to mention a library branch on site.

Great soccer/baseball facilities, nice walking/biking trail. Miracle park is a great playground for kids of all ages. Gets a little busy at times.

Nice clean park. Both times we have been there, we have met very nice families.

Westgate park is a great place to walk. My little Chihuahua loves the park she wears her sniffer out when we go there and crashes when she gets home. The park is kept clean and we are proud to have it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Impressive recreation facilities for a town the size of Dothan. Tennis Complex. BMX track. Softball complex. Soccer complex. Baseball complex. Miracle field and playground. Indoor pool. Water aerobic facility. 3.3 mile running trail. Lion's Playground. 1 mile walking trail. Water World water park.

Westgate park has Great walking, running, bike trails and indoor pool, library so many things to do, too much to name it's a wonderful safe park! We Love it.

Walking trail is excellent well lighted set out for distance want to go can ride bikes on it and bring your pet for a walk as well has benches and pet stations as well.

I'm so glad dothan has such a great park like this. The trails, bmx track, playground are all great for the city.
