First time at this dental place found the people very nice and professional. They were very thorough in the process making sure they covered everything on my dental issues. Myra the hygienist was extremely nice and made me feel like I have been going here for years. I highly recommend this establishment for your dental care

Fabulous, professional staff. I have always hated going to the dentist, but the people in this place always warmly welcome me. If something hurts, I just have to mention it and they make it a point to keep things more comfortable. I highly recommend them!

The staff is so friendly and kind. I came on Halloween and got to see them dressed up as the Goonies. It was a hoot!

I really like Central Illinois Smiles and Dr. Lewis. They are always very thorough and utilize the latest technology so you know you are getting top notch care. A special shout out to Amy, who on my recent visit assisted Dr. Lewis with a filling - she was fantastic, so friendly and thoughtful to take the time to explain everything that was happening. After my procedure was over I could hear her assisting with a young child and I was even more impressed. She has an outstanding "bedside" manor. Kayla was my hygienist for a teeth cleaning and she was fantastic as well, in fact everyone at CI Smiles is fantastic, warm and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I have never had a more positive experience at the dentist. Kayla was so compassionate and patient. Dr Katie is friendly and very gentle. Sweet Bob the dog eased my anxiety. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I always have a wonderful time here! Taunia is MY GIRL and is so friendly and nice! The girls at the front desk, especially Shannon, are always so welcoming and genuinely make me feel like they're happy to see me! Plus, only the BEST dentists have emotional support dogs like the lovely Hazel!!!

I had a great experience! I was able to request an appoint via email, which is SO helpful with my schedule. I had a less than 10 minute wait before I was called back to begin my appointment. Great staff, very comfortable environment, open to questions/concerns. Kayla did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and helped make my experience a 5 star experience. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏽

I have had extensive dental work done by Drs. Haarman and Lewis and am beyond pleased by the end results. Their compassion towards me as well as their passion in giving the best results made me feel comfortable and confident with their work. When I entered the office I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. The doctors' assistants were equally as professional and caring. I highly recommend both doctors as caring and very professional dentists who's number one concern is their patient. We are very fortunate to have them located in our community!

I have switched here with Dr. Amanda Lewis after my childhood dentist retired and I could not be any happier with her! The entire staff here has been beyond welcoming and warm. Dr. Lewis is fantastic at her craft making dentistry not painful while doing top notch work. All of the hygienists are fantastic as well. I had Amy last time and she was wonderful on my most recent visit with Dr. Lewis on Halloween to get 3 lower fillings done. They made sure things were as comfortable as possible and no pain was involved and that it was a positive experience. It most certainly was. I would highly recommend Central Illinois Smiles for anyone looking for great dentistry of all varieties and ages, from children to the adults with an apprehension for the dentist. You will not regret it.

Another fabulous cleaning! I had the best service ever- Kayla is a great dental hygienist and always does a quick and easy cleaning. Shelley and Shannon at the front desk were also very welcoming and they had great attitudes. Great job ladies!

Taunia O. was my Hygienist today for my new patient appointment. She was excellent. She gave me clear and educated direction during the appointment. She also was very personable and very kind. Everyone at reception is the nicest and seem to really care about making your appointments work with your schedule.

Went in for a cleaning and a consult and was left very informed. Dr. Lewis did a great job with answering any questions I had and had an enthusiasm about what she does that I enjoyed. Sophie also did a great job with explaining the process. I would highly recommend them to any family or individual looking for great service and a smile .

I transferred here after my dentist relocated, and I could not be happier, as several of his staff transferred over. They are all just the nicest, and most professional staff. I especially love Tonia, my hygienist. She is the most positive, up beat lady, who is very gentle on my teeth, which is important with my condition. I would not trust anyone else.

Dr. Lewis is amazing and so very personable. Recently got me in for what I thought would be another root canal but it was just damage to the ligament that holds the tooth that was caused by me clenching my teeth. For once, great news from the dentist! Love her and the staff is amazing. Shelley is great at the front desk as well!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Lewis, Judy, Shelley, Kayla, Amy, and the other staff at this dental practice! I have been a patient for 10 years, through 3 sites, and now I take my daughter there as well, and they are outstanding with her. They are always there for my routine care and any emergencies working with my crazy schedule. I have privately messaged Shelley multiple times in the off hours and she is always more than willing to help. They are very personal, make us feel comfortable, and do amazing work! It’s like catching up with old friends when you have a visit there. I highly recommend them and am grateful for all they’ve done.

Our whole family is seen by Dr Lewis and her staff. They have such great and friendly dispositions. We have had excellent care. I am so impressed by how well they do with my anxious 7 year old. They are truly wonderful!
