Such a wonderful gym to be a part of! I have been attending the ladies classes for the last 4 years and it is such a welcoming group with a great sense of community. The thing I love most about Anne’s classes is she meets you where you are at fitness-wise and also pushes you to be better than the class before. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I've been coming to this gym regularly for the last 5 years. I am the strongest and most active I've ever been. Anne is fantastic at accommodating any injuries and creating a workout that works for all fitness levels. This place is not your usual gym. You become a member of the family.

I love K fit I initially came there a little apprehensive since I’ve never box before but everyone instructors and all the people there boxing are encouraging we lift each other up and I’ve been coming from us two years now. I love it.

Kenji and Anne are great. I've never enjoyed working out, but, since I started at K-Fit, I actually want to exercise. The 5am crew is the best.

I have been coming here for almost 6 years. SIX YEARS. I came for a workout, I continue to come for the workout and the people. Everyone is so supportive and fun.

The owners/instructors are so helpful and friendly! They are great with beginners and those with experience alike! I look forward to my workouts there! This place is so much more than a gym. The owners have worked hard to create a culture here that is supportive, inclusive, and fun.

Kenji and Anne specialize in Parkinson's Disease boxing therapy but there is sooo much more available at this training gym. This isn't just a "get on the machines and go" gym - classes are all tailored and varied and coming to classes here three times a week for the last year has changed our lives!

Kenji is the absolute best! I went there 2 years ago and it changed my life and got me to love boxing. He pushes you to your limit and makes you enjoy the rush.
