CVS Pharmacy

I don't understand the bad reviews, i dropped off a prescription and got helped immediately; they said it would take an hour so I had breakfast and picked it up through the drive thru. They had it ready right on time. The pharmacist was super nice and explained my medication to me like a professional 👌 first time going and will go in the future.

CVS: Bonus, are their reminder calls.

There is always a line here when going to the pharmacy. Definitely not the best location either. They closed down the Swansea location so I had to come to this one. Customer service is decent but I switched pharmacies again because this one just isn't quick and convenient.

I attempted to get a covid-19 test for 2nd day in a roll from the pharmacy. I have never been treated so poorly by a staff that primarily are supposed to assist ill/healing individuals/families. I was treated with such rudeness and lack of compassion. I was handled in a manner that made me feel too uncomfortable to even go through with the testing process.

I prefer writing nice things, but sometimes there are experiences that other people simply must be warned about. I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy ahead of traveling for the holidays to make sure there would be no problems with running out of medications. Well, it didn't work out that way even slightly. First off, they called to tell me that the prescription shouldn't have been accepted for transfer out of state. Then they said that it had already been transferred between two CVS pharmacies and shouldn't have been transferred anywhere. Then, I bring them a valid prescription thatI got locally at great cost in time, inconvenience, and money, and they said they wouldn't fill it because it didn't have a "diagnosis code". After all this it was clear that they didn't like something about me, or maybe felt upset because I was upset, but when I left I was sure they would have found a reason not to fill anything I brought them for whatever reason. I am disappointed and quite frankly disgusted by the way they treated me. CVS is ok, but this one is toxic. STAY AWAY!

Worst pharmacy ever. Incompetent techs, don't order meds for the weekend so you have to wait tillTuesday to get therefill, hold meds hostage, act like I should be grateful that they are talking to me, and can't get any help getting what I need.

Not sure why this store has taken a “don’t care attitude “ held my script for 4 days, Schnuck in MO had same script ready the same day, this is about the 4th time this has happened I am switching my scripts to a different store

They lost my prescription that needed transfer to another pharmacy. Didnt inform me until AFTER dr office closed on Friday.
