Top notch service. Had issues with a missing package and Mary was exceptional in handling the situation and keeping me completely informed through the following 24 hours. Some of the best customer service I have received from any UPS Store. I'm writing in SIX stars!!

Staff were very professional and efficient. Helped me get my package ready and shipped quickly and easily.

Great service and very friendly too! Only took a few seconds to process my packages and they have four 15 minute parking spaces right outside the door. You can’t go wrong with this location.

Excellent service here and the staff is awesome! I've been going here regularly for over a year as I have a mailbox at this location, and I have had only great experiences. They make it quick and easy to send packages, and the notary mentioned below is always there working hard when I come in (at all hours of the day). Also parking is easy, they have several spots reserved for quick trips inside. This is the only store I use to send my packages.

Aaliyah immediately took ownership of my request. She is very personable and professional. She is fast and efficient. It was quite apparent to me that Aaliyah was genuinely interested in my UPS experience.

This has been the best UPS Store I have ever been to! The staff is so sweet and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond to help me with my needs. My father passed so I needed a notary. Mary helped me and was so understanding during a time when I was fragile. Her kind words helped me through that day and plenty of others since I didn't have a working printer/scanner at the time. Everyone who has helped me has been amazing. I just left again and overheard a worker crying because of how mean someone was to her. It really broke my heart. These people are braving Covid, taking chances with their lives to make a little money and deal with other people's problems. They do not deserve our anger at Amazon policies or whatever. I will always come here and give a smile and leave with a bigger one because its free to be nice.

The ladies at the ups store are awsome. I have lots of stuff for work sent there. And they always make shipping and receiving so easy for me.

This place is abolutely amazing! I had an unusual problem with a package I was trying to get returned to myself. I was working with Mary and she admitted that she did not know how to solve my problem but said she would figure it out. Within a couple hours she had solved the issue and my package was on its way back to me. This UPS store has outstanding customer service. I will be using them exclusively for all my shipping needs.

The store is always stocked with what I need to send a package. Those I send to are appreciative the contents are packed so well and always arrive in perfect condition. Tom and Mary Beth employ only the best. Customer service is top notch at this UPS store for packaging and as well as copying; really-truly valuable establishment in our community.

This store is the best. They have been SO busy during covid, and are still friendly and wonderful to deal with. The owners and employees are top notch. AMAZING UPS store!!! This is a family run business that welcomes you and goes above and beyond for you everytime you go in there! Just this morning I forgot to put in return authorization form in my box and they said for me to just email the form and they would take care of the rest. No double trips !!!! It was my fault I forgot the form but they went the extra mile so wouldn't have to. How that for service!!!! Go there---you will not be disappointed!
