Denny's

Erica (i believe that’s how you spell it) was really nice. I had a rough night and came in this afternoon and she was perfect. She checked on me throughout the meal and got me extra water without being overbearing. The food was great too even though I couldn’t finish it, and the atmosphere was homely. I’ve been here before and will be going here again soon. Thanks!!!

Keith is literally the best waiter I’ve ever had in my entire life. Everytime we come here it feels like coming home after a hard days work. Absolutely great service and my cup is never empty. Always serving with a smile and always in a good mood, not a fake one either I can tell.

It took forever to get seat and pay but our waiter Benjamin was amazing. He knew he was going to get busy with a big table so he made sure we were completely taken care of with the check before he got too busy

Greetings, we came in last night as a family of 6 and was immediately greeted by Elise. She seated us away from everyone (at my request) and I really appreciated that. Elise also ended up being our server and she was wonderful! Very attentive to our needs and made sure the kids were spoiled - which always gets points in my Momma heart. Elise also checked us out at the end and appears to play a hand in all the roles…the whole time she seemed to handle that with ease. I just wanted to point out we had a great experience and I really appreciate her effort. Cheers

We were totally blown away!! Kimberly did an amazing job!!! It's apparent that she takes excellent care of her customers. While we were there, several regulars came in. She called each by name (kinda like Santa Claus), asked about their spouse, kids, or grandkids. She is a great asset to this location. We will definitely be back the next time we are in.

I stopped by Denny's in O'fallon IL in a bit of a hurry to pick up breakfast for a senior veteran I care for. Service was quick & the food was awesome. I got the omelet. It was the best omelet & hash browns I've had in such a long time. 😊👌🏻 It was perfect & the breakfast for my veteran was perfect as well. He ate every bit of it!

We often ask for Kim as our server. As do most of her other regulars. Kim goes the extra step to ensure that her customers are satisfied, such as my coffee cup is never empty. And she takes the time to visit with her regulars, demonstrating their value to her as individuals. Kim is frequently our server. She knows us and most of her other customers - what we drink and what we frequently order to eat. My coffee cup stays filled, giving us something about which to giggle with her at times. We throughly enjoy giggling with her. Kim calls me “Mama.” I see her smiling at her other customers and talking with them. Kim is extremely polite, happy, and knowledgeable in her business.

Great service today. My husband and I went for his veterans day free breakfast. Kim took very good care of us. Checked on us often. Made sure drinks were refilled and everything tasted good. She
is friendly and great with customers. The food was hot and tasted great. Thanks Dennys for the recognition of our vets.

Mikaylah M was fabulous! The best waitress I've seen since the pandemic! She was amazing! She should be a trainer to all new waitresses. Hats off to her! Very attentive and saw what we needed. Never had to ask. She followed up. Just top notch! You better watch - someone will hire her away from you! She is amazing!

Karisala killed it! She waited on us and we were impressed by the level of service she provided. She was so productive on top of taking care of us. We noticed how hard she was working even to do tasks that probably weren’t hers. It was refreshing to see someone who cares about what they do. We connected with her and quickly saw she can accomplish anything she sets her mind to. She is an A+ employee and I’m sure crushes it in her personal life too!!

I am NOT a breakfast eater...however, I will eat breakfast here!! This particular Dennys has the best breakfast. I always have such a hard time trying to figure out what I want to eat, because they have so much to choose from.

The wait staff is always accommodating. Their food is always fresh and hot. I am a huge fan of grapefruit juice, and they even serve it here. I have NEVER had a bad experience here.

We always try and get Elise or we even request to sit at her section because she always go above and beyond to keep us happy. She is such a hard worker and always greets us with a smile when we walk in.She is the best Waitress Dennys had in a long time.

Erica L was awesome. She really goes above and beyond. Food was great!

Erica M was very friendly. Food was hot, well cooked and seasoned. Devin W is a wonderful manager. She makes sure her customers are happy and is respectful to her staff.

We got into our seat fast and the waitress was super polite and took really good care of us. Everything was really clean at our booth and the food was cooked to perfection

The highlight of my week is going to Denny's in O'Fallon IL and having Kim as my server. She is friendly and always provides great service. I can't say enough good things about her.

We are out of town for my son's birthday and we were starving when we came to town! We saw Denny's was only 8 minutes away from our hotel and we don't have one where we are from!! We were welcomed as soon as we got in by the manager Kim! She sat us and talked to all the kids and chatted about our weekend plans here!! Our server Micaylah was on top of everything! The ladies got our drinks and food out very quickly! They both worked hard on making sure everything was perfect! There are 7 of us as we have 5 rambunctious kiddos! It was an amazing family experience and whenever we come back, we will absolutely come back to THIS Denny's!!
