Storage Masters - Woodford

Michael was a great tour guide. He left no stone unturned. We walked the property all the way around. We tested my phone app and the hand keypad to make sure either way worked to get in. He showed me the sizes of each unit so I could make an informed decision. What a great representation of Storage Masters!

Moved my daughter's items to this location after a recommendation and after reviewing the rating of the facility. The comments about Billy are true. He is extremely helpful, laid-back(no pressure), informative and thorough. He went through everything we would need to move into a unit and how to access it afterhours. He took us on a tour of the facility and we looked at a number of open units. The facility was very clean. We moved out Sunday for the new school year and we were concerned that the facility would be closed. We wanted to make sure we were not going to have any issues. I spoke with Billy and he walked me through everything to make sure the gate code was current and told me he would check the unit Monday to make sure everything was removed and make the unit available again for others to rent. I can't tell you what a relief that was knowing we were all set after driving three hours to get there. I'm sure you will have a similar experience and recommend this location.

Billy was super; pleasant, informative, helpful. not pushy, gave us bottles of water. Unit was clean and showed no sign of prior drainage, mold, nor other undesirable issues. I feel very comfortable leaving our items there for as long as needed.

This is the second time we’ve stored things at the Woodford location. Billy shows amazing customer service and makes our move-in and use of the storage unit very easy. The units are always clean and ready to move in. Would recommend this location to anyone who enjoys friendly and efficient customer service.

Diane in ST. CHARLES MO is the most polite and helpful person to speak with if you have any questions regarding your needs or need a extension, she will do her best to help you! I just think so highly of her.
