Along side the most luxurious offering, I always receive smart and detailed customer service.

Weather you need horsehair levers, leather knobs or a mother of pearl inlayed cremone bolt you can get anything you need at Katonah. After all, the devil is in the details and it's the hinges, knobs, and cabinet pulls that give a home detailed character.

Nice range of door knobs and cabinet hardware but service leaves much to be desired. Salespeople won't reveal pricing and don't seem to have much interest in following up. Fortunately there are lots of other hardware producers.
