Great experience! Jon Gates was excellent, quick response and accurate information. I bought the car only seeing it via pictures Jon texted to me and I was not disappointed when I saw it when I picked up the car.

Drive an hour and a half to go there because I refuse to go to Gurley Leep in Mishawaka. Happy to find a new VW home for my babies.

VERY HELPFUL, FAIR PRICES AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Went for oil change. Got a call 30min in telling me they found other thing that I need done. The new service writer quoted me $200 some dollars for things I had done at my last service visit w maple hill. She said they just assume by the mileage. $200 assumptions w my money doesn’t work for me! Looking at my history while checking me in must not have sunk in. Commission based service writer running scams on unwitting people is not going to end well for them one day

Two weeks to get an appointment for a check engine light indicator to be diagnosed
10:30 a.m. appointment, arrive on time.
1:30 p.m. still no call, drive to dealership
2:00 p.m. told technician was just going to get it up on the lift
3:10 p.m. still waiting......
