Had a difficult print job. The person who helped me was great. We worked out the details and I was on my way. It cost much less than I anticipated……which is always great news.

I don't frequently need office supplies, but today I needed something quite specific, and Barem greeted me as I came in, directed me exactly where I needed to go to find the thing I wanted, and then cheerfully rang me up. I wish every retail interaction was so quick and friendly.

What a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Bassem. It has many, many years since I've experienced customer service like he provided. Knowledgeable, very helpful, polite, didn't try to sell me anything over priced or unnecessary. Walked outta there in less than an hour with a laptop, software and printer. He even carried the printer out to my truck. That man deserves a raise as good help like that is hard to find these days!

Love wondering around in this store and also on line. I'm a retired nurse but Love anything to do with writing, pens, journals and all the extras. Never disappointed.

When I arrived at the store they were out of the item needed but a store associate offered to allow me to purchase 2 items for the discounted price of the double item. He continued to assist me in my shopping and I was able to purchase everything I needed and was checked out in record time. Best experience!
