Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is our go to place to have dinner on our nights out. Food is always perfectly cooked & amazing. The manager Corey always makes sure you have everything you need, always goes above & beyond. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. We will most certainly be back again & again!

Very nice service ,easy parking lots and delicious food

I had a great late night dinner getting into town here. Service was quick with the menu and beer. I sat at the bar around 9 pm on a Monday. They have a great deal on burgers only on Mondays.
Burger was nicely done at medium, sauce on side. Fries weren’t the best, but decent for sure. Glad i got here in time.

I had a hard day and came in for a drink and a quick bite before heading home. The bartender I had, Jesse, noticed something was up so in between her other customers, she would let me talk while she listened. I thought that was so sweet because not too many people care about others nowadays, let alone listen. I felt so much better leaving than when I did coming in.

Ashley is awesome and needs a raise for her amazing outstanding customer service. We receive white glove service each time she is our waitress. We will forever come back for her. She should be promoted as a form of lead how everyone else should provide the level of service that she does.

Ashley was wonderful! She was training another lady, and it was humbling seeing her so patient to her new co-worker (who is going to do great). Food was fantastic, and service was too.

Food was delicious, service was fast and friendly. Table was clean, the booth area was well lit and welcoming. Would love to come back again.

Excellent food, manager Corey came to our table to make sure we were satisfied with our meal, him and our waitress were excellent. Looking forward to going back.

My family and I Love coming to Applebee's in Jacksonville il. We always hope to get Ashley. She is literally the BEST waitress I have ever had Out of any restaurant. Ashley is very sweet kind she has amazing customer service. She checks the table a lot. Always making sure everything is good and thay we have everything we need.

Sat in the bar area for lunch and had Karley as our server…..wow she is so sweet and on top of things. Great service and food!!!

Very clean and super friendly faces, the manager Bob introduced himself to us and also checked on us food was great and our waitress Ashley was absolutely attentive and remembered all the little silly requests we made and really paid attention. Will definitely be back soon

I came into Applebees last night Karley P. waited on us and she made sure everything was pleasant the whole time. We will be coming back!

Jessie Hill, the bartender, made a perfect Gin n Tonic. Not many places can do that. Food was really good. Service was great and atmosphere was welcoming.

Ashley is the only person I ever want to be seated with, I ask for her everyone I go in! She is sweet and always makes sure we have what we need no matter how busy!

Ashley made our dinning experience amazing!!! Hands down the best server!! Next time we are in town we will definitely stop in again.
