I was in the market for a new wall oven. I was having a difficult time finding one that would fit the cabinet the old wall oven was in. The new one I was eyeing wasn’t in stock but Madonna was super helpful and was able to get it for me. The installation was quick and the guys were are great!! I will absolutely continue to do business with Madonna and her dad!

Jordan replaced the heating element on our not-even-seven-year-old (frustrating) Samsung range for a reasonable fee today. It is back to preheating normally. Great service on the recommendation of a neighbor and will call them again, if I need additional appliance repairs.

Madonna tackled our difficult stove repair with great success. She was positive, diligent, knowledgeable, professional and the service was reasonably priced. I was very impressed with her repair skills and tenacity that saved us from having to replace an expensive appliance. Would highly recommend.

I’ve heard wonderful things about Maywood.
After friend recommended it I called after our freezer frosted over. The gentleman I spoke with said I’ll give you some free advice on how to deal with the problem, and if that doesn’t work I should call and then he would send someone out.
I was so pleasantly surprised and amazed.

Mike and Madonna were extremely helpful. My LG fridge has had issues with the waterline, compressor, and water inlet valve. Maywood appliance has provided me with parts, and talk through on a couple of those issues, and sent over a service rep to replace the water line at a very reasonable cost. Our most recent issue (compressor) was on the fritz, and thanks to the guidance of staff there, we were able to easily conclude our next step. I strongly advocate Maywood appliance, and know that if we ever have any appliance issues, they will take care of us.

Couldn't ask for better. On time , fast and honest. This company is great! In an industry that has quite a few not so honest people . This business is VERY HONEST and customer service oriented and they do a great job. Will use again and recommend. Thanks for a great job!

When I walked into Maywood Appliance, the owner's daughter greeted me, then heard me out as I told her and her dad about the broken washer stuck in the basement of my new house (the window it must have been brought through has since been bricked in, and the width of the basement door is narrower than most modern washers). The owner walked me around the store to see if he could find something that would work, then took my number. Later that day, he texted pictures of a washer that was just narrow enough, in great condition. $275 and an extra $15 for the delivery folks later, I am doing loads of laundry in a great washing machine.

We all see those used appliance stores dotting the area, but this one happens to be owned by hardworking, kind people that want to deliver the best service. I forgot such a thing existed until they reminded me, in fact.

I walked in there because my mother In laws fridge stopped working. I explained what has happening and another repair company wanted $450 to repair it. The gentleman that helped me was so honest and helped me understand so I can explain it to her. Said if I wanted it repaired he would come help as well. Super awesome guys

Incredibly helpful! Instead of charging us for a visit, the staff told us how we might solve the problem at home on our own. The advice worked, saving us time and money. I will definitely call again the next time I have a real problem with my range.

I’m very happy with their services. They were able to come out within 24 hrs for a repair on my Wolf range and fixed it on the spot. It can be difficult to find people willing to work on high end appliances so that was greatly appreciated! It was Madonna who came out for the appointment and she was very kind and knowledgeable. And she was willing to teach me a few things which I enjoy because I like to DIY :) I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone I can

Fair prices and helpful staff. Also, they replaced a stove i bought from them that broke after 6 months free of charge and with absolutely no hassle. A+++.

I can’t say enough good things about Maywood Appliance. You can see my previous 5 star review below about our oven repair. But more recently our dishwasher (which we purchased from a big box store 3 years ago - and has had so many issues) finally broke to the point that it no longer made sense to pay for the repair. Maywood let us put the service fee that we had paid them towards a new dishwasher from their store. And then they went above and beyond customer service wise and called us on a Saturday to see if we’d like our dishwasher installed early since they had a cancellation. Everyone we’ve ever worked with at Maywood Appliance has been professional, knowledgeable, and truly just so kind and understanding. We’ll never purchase an appliance from anyone else, or have an appliance repaired by anyone else.

I called Maywood Appliance when I realized my oven wasn’t working the afternoon before we were supposed to host a party. I shared my story with them, and they were able to come out that same day and replace my oven igniter quickly and at an excellent price. Moving forward, we’ll always call them first. And I’ll be recommending them to our friends and family!

Friendly, honest, and helpful. I have an old dryer that’s been giving me trouble. I typically try to DIY, but after replacing a few parts without resolution, I called these guys to come service the machine. Long story short, the cost of the repair wasn’t worth it for the age of my machine but they gave me some DIY tips and offered free delivery if I called it quits and decided to buy a new or used dryer from them. Eventually I went in to look for a used dryer and mentioned that I didn’t have any luck following their advice. The gentleman at the shop continued to help me work through my dryer’s issue and was even kind enough to give me a spare used part that may solve my issue since he correctly identified me as a “tinkerer.” His advice and the spare part immediately solved my issue. It’s not only working again, it seems to be working better than before!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They will definitely be my first call for appliance repair.

I've bought multiple appliances here and have used them to repair other appliances. The service is great and they are extremely honest & fair. I highly recommend calling them for all your appliance needs.

Very helpful and informative, even over the phone. Helped us troubleshoot our refrigerator and found us a replacement part that worked perfectly. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I've gotten parts from them back in Maywood and had awesome experience. I had recently converted to a gas dryer and needed it for inspection as well. When in one night before close found what I needed had it out the next day to my house installed. The customer service was on point!

When my washer and dryer went out I
got a recommendation to call Mike. Gave him a call and went to the store to see if I could find a newer washing machine. Not only did Mike help me get a new washing machine he sent his staff to fix my dryer for a reasonable price. The staff that came out to fix my dryer showed me what was the issue and fixed it. Also, the staff that delivered my new washing machine were fast and efficient. THANK YOU MIKE AND THE STAFF!!🙂

Ask for Madonna. She is the owner's daughter. She fixed our beverage drawer and this morning put our Viking freezer back into tiptop condition. Madonna is tenacious. For both these appliances she ended up calling the manufacturer technical help lines and gave them play by play on what she had discovered. Viking even made her do a FaceTime to show how she had linked to one of the circuit boards (which she had done correctly). She treats our repair jobs as if they are for her own appliances. No guess work on her part, she finds out exactly what is wrong and fixes the root cause. When she's done, the job is complete. Her repairs cost a fraction of what it would have cost to replace our unit. She's our go-to repairperson.

I went here to purchase a used dryer. The owner asked me what the problem was and actually gave me some pointers and solutions to fixing the dryer without having to buy one from his store. When I got home I did exactly what he said and my dryer works perfectly! I can't put into words how appreciative I am for his honesty and help. He sets the example of how people should treat people. They have been out to repair an oven and later a dryer. Both times came promptly and fixed both on first try. Had the parts and the know how. Impressed. Charged a reasonably fair price.
