Douglas was incredibly helpful. He was very pleasant to interact with, and helped me with the process of getting a new phone. He also helped me on the Saturday before this visit by answering my questions about replacing my phone with a newer model and giving me all of the necessary info.

I would like to thank Douglas at the Lemont, IL store for untangling the mysterious behavior of my Motorola cell phone. Out of the blue, none of the keys would work, and I couldn’t even turn it off. Within a few minutes he had it working again. Thanks so much, Douglas!

I needed a new phone, and when it arrived, I had great difficulty setting it up properly. I came into the store, and Sarah was extremely helpful. She was patient, and made sure all my problems were resolved. Wonderful customer service.

As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by the store manager Shilyn who directed me towards one of the stores sales reps Jake. The staff was very friendly and made my trip very easy. Dominique also helped me out when I didn't know where to start! I would recommend this to any friends or family without a second thought!

I had some issues to start out with when I was buying a new phone, but the manager Ryan and his associate David did everything under the sun to get the issue resolved. And Angela was very helpful keeping my 4 year old busy while the whole thing was sorted out. Thanks guys.
