Jesse Brown, for me, is a god send. Because they are the most kind and friendly people I have ever met. For keeping my husband alive and all I can say if you are a veteran, please don't hesitate to get the help you need they are truly outstanding, and they will help you . Lina

If you’re a Veteran you can get it done at Jesé Brown. It may be a tad cramped in places (like the Optical Shop), but you can still get it all accomplished. Just make sure to make appointments…

I had to have emergency surgery. I survived, I'm still alive. So yes I'd recommend Jesse Brown VA hospital.

Keep in mind, as a Veteran, we are a customer, and we should be treated with dignity and respect. My own personal experiences has been both, good and bad. Improvements need to be made starting at the top to ensure the best quality care for all Veterans.

Zero enforcement of handicapped parking. Not enough parking for patients. Staff lose track of patients. Many hipa violations with staff. Nurses actively input invalid info into charts. Doctors often fail to treat you, passing you off indefinitely to other specialists, if you have a complex case.
