Hilton Garden Inn Chicago North Shore/Evanston

the staff at this Hilton location are the best staff I have interacted with ever. Their front desk associates are friendly, always findings ways to answer your questions, and make you feel supported (shout out to Yulissa and Mark ). They also have regular shuttle services that have one of the nicest shuttle drivers; you can not only book with the front desk, but he also offers his phone number in case you are running late to your scheduled time etc (Steve is 10/10), and the bar area has great service. I am almost unnerved how attentive Jermaine is and proactive. Sometimes they are bringing my drinks and to-go boxes before I've finished uttering the sentence. I stay at this hotel pretty regularly for work and will continue to recommend them nonetheless.

Y’all. This hotel is perfect. Love the updated interior, menu options at the bar (open until 10pm), and breakfast line was exceptionally clean. Doubletree does not offer complimentary breakfast, but the $8.95 line was filling and just what I needed. OH and the shower pressure was actually more than what I have at home which is a shocker!!! Great Hilton!

A wonderful stay and a special thank you to Marcus. He made sure every detail was taken care of- from cough drops for my daughter to a champagne flute to celebrate. True class and style.

Great stay. Housekeeping on the ball and rooms cleaned very well. Special shout out to the late shift front desk lady on Monday night 11/13 great personality, attitude and professional. Rooms and bed very comfy. Good coffee in room. Plentiful Hilton towel supply. Best stay in Evanston.

Service: 5/5 The gentleman who works the overnight shift at the front desk is your friendliest employee and contributed greatly to raising the quality of my stay by an entire standard. He seriously deserves a raise for his service and attitude towards the guests of the hotel.

Nice location with ample dining nearby. Two different train rails to hop on only a block or two away. One of the cleanest Hiltons I have stayed at by far. Very friendly staff that are knowledgeable to the area. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Wonderful, lovely hotel in a great location in Evanston. Stayed during Thanksgiving weekend with my husband and stepmother. Clean rooms, attentive friendly staff and quiet space to sleep. Nice to see several dogs at breakfast. Recommend if you’re in Evanston!

100% satisfied with our stay here. Ample parking in the garage that's next to the hotel with easy access from hotel lobby. Hotel grounds were clean, staff are helpful and kind. The room was clean and modern. Kuerig coffee maker in room with fridge. Good selection of tv channels.
About a 5 to 10 minute walk to Clarke Beach. There's is a free beach at the lighthouse and Jen Jansen house, if you walk behind the house there are small sand dunes and trails that you can walk over to get to the beach. 20 minute walk to Northwestern campus and their new sports complex which has good views of the Chicago skyline in a beautiful park. There is also a small outdoor patio in the pool area where you can smoke, eat, hang out.

Night Shift Lady Ms. Devin is always so professional she is always there, I feel like she deserves a raise because she works so hard.. It hasn’t been a night that she’s not there doing her job, employers need to appreciate their employees especially when they really work hard..

Great front desk staff, with easy check-in! Grouchy bartender! Your bartenders are usually helpful and friendly. Breakfast- the cheese in my omelet hadn't melted. Great waitress!

The location is amazing! Close to everything. Service was really good. The rooms were nice. The only downside was the lack of parking. But we managed to use the street parking and avoid the $24 per night fee.

We needed a room block for a wedding, and Hilton Garden Inn made it happen!

Alexis and her staff were very helpful throughout this entire process. They gave us an incredible rate for the room blocks and included breakfast as well as a parking spot for each room! We had quite a few out of town guests and having designated parking was very important, as Evanston is notoriously hard to park in. It was the perfect location to get ready for our wedding and stay the few days prior; quiet, clean, and the staff was wonderful.

Nice clean and bright hotel. Close to campus, easy to walk many places. The staff were very friendly and kind. The gym and pool are great! Not upscale luxury, but efficient, spacious, practicable. Enjoyed staying here. Recommend for NU parents

I felt very welcomed the moment we stepped in to the hotel. The receptionist was very professional and answered all the questions that we had. Next time I’m in town I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Lauren at the front desk was marvelous. Very helpful, friendly and on top of her game. Guided me through the details of my stay with things I wasn't even sure I needed. Helped this non city dweller feel right at home.

Excellent hotel! Clean rooms. Restaurant and bar on premises, serving breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Stay here instead of the Hilton Orrington/Evanston, which is a disaster.
