Took the class from Maureen and I couldn’t be happier for the experience working w her. Learned a great deal, got to work on my piece as she was right w us the entire project. All questions were answered,awesome examples for visuals and what a difference that made. Plus she has been so helpful even after class was ended. I’d highly recommend working w Maureen, my two dressers and nightstands really have made such a difference in each room, could not be happier. Soon will start on other furniture pieces, so many paint jobs never enough time!!!

Maureen was so knowledgeable, patient, and shared her joy of painting with us, and we learned about the art of chalk painting and created our own pieces. A very talented artist with a beautiful shop! I really want to thank you awesome ladies for showing me the Iron Orchid transfers and spending so much time helping me decide which package I wanted and showing me all the designs and creations they'd made! We made it back to Austin. TX last night, and today I transformed an old wooden cabinet. I had already painted it turquoise, and after an afternoon of fun "arting," I have a piece worthy of the maximalist bohemian furniture boards I drool over on Pinterest. Your kindness and assistance made my visit to your beautiful shop such a pleasant experience!

I recently took a beginner chalk paint class at Signature Finishes. Maureen, the owner and instructor was very experienced and knowledgeable. She showed us many techniques. Not only did she walk us through a project during class, but all of the supplies needed are available at her shop. She has many samples of colors and finishes to choose from. Seeing them on a sample board was really helpful. I was able to use what I learned during class to try a project at home. Not only was this a fun way to spend the day, but I came away with some unique furnishings for my home. I can't wait to take another workshop with her. I highly recommend Signature Finishes!! Great experience.

Maureen’s 101 class was amazing & so much fun! She is a wealth of knowledge & shared many super valuable tips. Even though I have done lots of painting, I learned SO much! It was well worth traveling 90 minutes from my home & I will definitely take more classes!

I have yet to physically enter the store (yet!!), as I’m in CT and our trips to York were on hold for the last year. But I’m still into new hobbies (no travel? make stuff!), so have just ordered from the lovely Signature Finishes website. My order was shipped within an hour and I just opened it today. Lovely little handwritten note on my packing slip, all correct items inside, in perfect condition and ready to play with. Super impressed already! I will be ordering again very soon, and can’t wait to go into the store itself.

This place is a treasure! The selection of paint is outstanding. And such patient, knowledgeable and talented staff. Maureen offered great advice and guidance. And the gift and decor products were delightful! Stop the car for this place!! Its a gem!

Maureen was very helpful with my color choice of Farrow & Ball paint. I love how the paint color we chose for my kitchen island compliments my kitchen cabinets.
