Definitely check this place out! You will receive more personalized service from people with true integrity at Swap Motors. I just completed a transaction selling my 2008 Chevy Malibu with Kyle. After online quotation, I was able to bring it into their shop. They also offer onsite inspections, but I had to go out of town and wanted to take care of selling my car on the quick. Upon inspection, I was out of the door with a very fair updated offer and $ in hand about 45 minutes.
My car had low mileage and still some life to it. I know I left my car in good hands. Kyle mentioned he has some contacts in his network that try to place cars with families on a budget. I truly felt great about choosing to do business with them rather than a big brand name. It felt like an added touch of service as Kyle set up an Uber for me to get me on my way after the sale of the car. Their location was rather convenient- not far from O’Hare.
It seems they typically specialize in higher end/upper echelon sports cars. Kyle mentioned they also have tons of experience with motorcycles, RV’s, etc. It just goes to show you that they are willing to entertain a wide array of wheeled wonders.
Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Kyle could not have been nicer. They sent a generous offer, much more than others. They inspected, drove it and deal was done. Took care of paperwork, drove to my home,(not far) signed papers and done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend their services. I will use them again.

Worked with Shane to sell my 2022 civic. Very polite, professional, great communication via Facebook Messenger throughout the process. He was able to come to me to see the car, and we met at a nearby bank to complete the transaction opposed to dealing with cash. Went way better and quicker than I ever hoped. Sold my '23 Nissan Z to Shane. Overall a very good experience and made a very good offer on it. If I were to sell another vehicle, I'll do business with him again. Process is very straightforward and seamless, for a person who does not have a lot of knowledge doing a 'private' sale, he provided all the information and answered all my questions.

This past Monday, I was google searching for places to sell my parents's car (2009 Honda CR-V), and I came across Swap Motors. I read some reviews and gave it a shot. I submitted some information regarding to my car into their website (ex: mileage, license plate, etc) and it automatically connected me with one of the Swap Motors reps (Kyle). Whenever I had a question or needed some clarification on the process, they responded right away and provided all the information I needed via chat or text. When I told them I wanted to come in on Wednesday, they automatically booked the day and time for my car inspection. Today was the day that my parents and I went to the Swap Motors. It literally took less than 30 mins to have them inspect it, provide an offer, and pay my parents. My parents are already thinking about going to Swap Motors to sell their next car!

I recently sold my 2014 bmw i8 to swap motor and was very happy with the offer Shane give me for it. He was very helpful though the whole process. They send an inspector out to my house to inspect the car and send me an offer the same day. Their offer is very fair and I don't feel insult like other dealer who try to low ball me. On the day of I drove the car for one more last time to swap motor after doing all paper work they cut me and check and even call an Uber for me to get back home. I am definitely looking forward to doing more business with them and I highly recommend them to any of my friend.
